Ocean front luxury from the fifth floor with total ocean views from the master bedroom, balcony and family room. Spacious wrap around balcony overlooking the finest white sugar sand beach on the Emerald Coast. You will enter through a private gated front portico and enjoy a new modern fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and large dining area.

Our condo is fully remodeled with 2 walk in showers, a tub shower, granite, tile floors and all the kitchen amenities.

The spacious living area is highlighted with a flat screen TV, leather reclining sofa and two leather recliners for another spectacular ocean view.
Our unit has three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large closet, love seat for reading your favorite book, flat screen TV and sliding door to your private balcony. The master bathroom has a granite vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, private bathroom, granite vanity and beautifully tiled walk in shower. This bedroom has 2 large windows which look out to the private gated portico. Bedroom #3 has twin beds, flat screen TV, large closet and private bathroom with a granite vanity, tiled tub and shower.
Relax on the beach utilizing two reserved beach chairs and umbrella (March - October) paid for by the owners – or take advantage of the conveniently located world class golf courses, fishing, golf, shopping, dining or calm relaxation. The choice is yours where the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico meets the exquisite white sand of the Island Princess.

Relaxing Retreat

We have stayed in this condo resort 3 years in a row. This was our favorite condo thus far. It had three bedrooms, each with their own bath, a large balcony with primary bedroom access to it, and we were in a private little corner - all to ourselves. Our kids are 18, 18, & 20 and they loved our room too! No elevator noises or kids running back and forth. The ocean view and the sounds of rolling waves was amazing! Also, there is a large kitchen with plenty of room to make a big dinner :-)

Spring Break 2024

The condo was perfect for our stay. Located on the end so very private and quiet. Each room has its own private bathroom, kitchen fully stocked, and the house was comfortable for my family of 4 and grandparents. Host was very welcoming and provided great instructions in advance.

Fantastic View

We couldn't have asked for a better view of the Gulf or a more comfortable condo. Everything was up to date and beautifully decorated. We had no issues with any of the appliances unlike our friends that were renting in another building. Dining was close by and shopping was too. If you have ever wanted to wake up to the sunrise and see the sun set this is the condo for you. We were within feet of walking on the sparkling white sand. My family and I would highly recommend this property.

As Far as your EYES can see.

My husband and I had never been on the Panhandle in Florida before. We had booked the Condo in April of 2023 and were excited to leave North Carolina and we arrived in the middle of January. The owner told us that the new renovations were done and we could enjoy the 3 bedrooms all to ourselves. The first day we arrived we walked into the condo and all we saw was beautiful blue water and white sand. The place was so beautiful with an amazing gourmet kitchen and a balcony that wrapped around the corner, so we saw the Gulf out the back and the inter-coastal behind us. Our days were walking the beach, exploring Destin and loving the gorgeous views. We sat on the beach and watched the sunset in the evening. Our hostess Sandra was extremely pleasant and had information ready in the condo when we arrived. We are booking for January 2025!!!

After looking for 5 years at Florida condos we finally found the condo that as soon as we walked in we knew it was the perfect condo for us. Beautiful ocean view right on the beach, great facilities in the Island Princess and the perfect location in Ft Walton. This condo is one of the very few with a private front entrance, three sets of glass doors with easy access to the wrap around balcony and beautiful ocean view.

What makes this property unique

We stay in our condo a number of times each year. We want it to have all the comforts of our home for us and for each of you. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, nice towels, mats, beautiful comforters, rugs, extremely comfortable recliners and great balcony furniture. This condo has 3 granite bathroom vanities, (2) tiled walk-in showers and (1) tub and shower combination all fully remodeled and beautiful.

This condo has a great master walk in shower, new tile, new mattresses in all bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and each bathroom. All appliances, pots, pans and dishes you will need for that great meal.
