About Property Manager
My name is Anthony and I built these apartments back in 2013. The original building is the old Police Station and Magistrates court for Abergavenny and used to have jails downstairs! The building was in very bad condition and the conversion cost just over £500,000. In a moment of inspiration I decided to name all of the apartments after Sherlock Holmes characters as the building is on Baker Street. Guests and residents seem to love it and it brings a bit of uniqueness to the building rather than staying in Room 4! I decided to move into Serviced Accommodation as a new venture back in 2017. I can honestly say it has been great fun starting a new side to my business. Whilst a traditional landlord and developer I have enjoyed building a team around me who are guest centric to make sure the properties are clean, well presented and where possible we can help make sure you have a fantastic stay. I have been pleased with the way it is going and now own and let out 6 holiday lets in Abergavenny, Abertillery and Pembrokeshire. Please feel free to contact me if you have any comments or suggestions. I am always looking to improve. Finally, enjoy your stay with us, Anthony
