Moreover the magnificent bays of the Tyrrhenian coast are at an hour and twenty minutes by car. Furthermore the area offers cultural, natural, gastronomic and in each winery the wine tastings are offered free of charge.

Casa Ciappi is a bright and panoramic apartment.

The apartment consists of a big dining room with a table, a sofa-bed and two windows with views on the Chianti Area and on the towers of San Gimignano; a livingroom with a table, a sofa and a kitchen area equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge freezera and sink; a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. From the windows of the two bedroom you have a view on the main street of the town. There is also a big bathroom with wc, bidet, washbasin and a bathtub with shower.

The house is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.The whole house has been finely restored: it is furnished with period pieces, but it is at the same time confortable. Guests will enjoy the ample-sized rooms where they could relax theirselves and enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.

A pieace of Heaven

The pictures don't do justice. Our family stayed at Casa Ciappi 4 nights. It was clean and neat. Everything in perfect order. The views from all windows were absolutely beautiful. Barberino is a breathtaking little medieval city so worth visiting and this house has an excellent location in the cobblestone street. It was such a wonderful surprise when we arrived. We were not expecting such beautiful place. The apartment was very comfortable. It had everything we need it. We cooked almost every night. The owners and their son Paolo were very helpful. I will definitely go back again one day. The restaurants were great and the people from the restaurant next to the house were very nice. This little town has an excellent location, close to Florence, San Giminiano, Siena and the tuscan hills

Barberino val d' Elsa ist ein sehenswertes kleines Städtchen mit altem, fast mitellalterlichem Charm

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, günstig zu den 3 Restaurants, günstig für Unternehmungen im Städredreieck Florenz, Siena und Volterra. Sie ist sehr geräumig, einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind reparaturbedürftig, zu erneuern. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 500 m auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Vorsicht beim Heizen der Wohnung im kühleren Herbst, die Wohnung ist wegen der dicken Mauern und kleinen Fenster kühl, die Vermieter berechnen die Heizkosten enorm hoch, die Summe behalten von der rückzahlbaren Kaution ein.

Das Land mit seinen wunderschönen Städten, Dörfern, Burgen, dem Wein und den Oliven ist immer eine Reise wert.

Hemos estado una semana y nos hemos sentido muy bien en este amplio apartamento, limpio, cómodo y muy bonito. Está situado en el centro de un pequeño y precioso pueblo. Bien situado para visitar la Toscana. La dueña, Franca María ha sido muy atenta.

Puedes disfrutar de la excelente comida de los restaurantes del pueblo.

Sólo hemos echado en falta la conexión WIFI en el apartamento.

Lo recomiendo! Nosotros volveríamos.
