Penthouse apartment for 8/9 persons near Port d’Andratx, Mallorca

Panorama glass front with a fabulous view!

The penthouse has an indoor area of 150 m² consisting of a living room with dining area and lounge area, open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. There is the possibility of making-up an extra bed.

There are three terraces with a total area of approximately 150 m² with a charcoal-fired barbecue. The terrace includes sun beds, chairs and tables. The terrace gives you a 360 degree view of Port d'Andratx bay, the sea and the mountain side.

The penthouse are equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven with built-in microwave capability, dishwasher, washing machine, foldable clothes-horse & ironing board and iron. There is no television but there is free wireless internet.

Well appointed modern appartment with great views

The appartment (Number 8) was great, with stunning views of Port Andratx inlet and the marina. Very well maintained with Neff appliances.

The grounds were also well maintained by Noel who was on-site each day. We will hopefully return!

Incredible

The place was better than expected;

* from the booking process,

* to the stay,

* to the deposit refund.

Thank you Hanne (Owner representative responsible for the property - very honest and professional).

Town - Port d'Andratx - awesome very friendly part of the island. Very upscale and not very congested. Has a decent amount of night life, restaurants and merchandise shops.

Location within the town - the property sits up high with easy access to the town (~2 or 3k) and beach club (Beach Club Gran Folies) (~3-5k away). Daily we walked down to town for shopping and exercise.

Apartment - property is well maintained with incredible views. It was nicely furnished. There was a property/maintenance manager (Noel) on site during the week. The place is much better than the pictures show.

We hope we are lucky enough to stay there again.

Sehr schönes Appartment in bester Lage!

Die Appartmentanlage La Mola können wir mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Von der sehr guten Kommunikation mit den Dänischen Inhabern bis zur Bereitstellung von Baby-Bett und Kinderstuhl ist alles reibungslos abgelaufen.

Die Analge befindet sich in bevorzugter Lager und Puerto d`Andratx mit bestem Blick auf die Bucht sowie den Hafen. Unsere Wohnung in Haus 1 war im Erdgeschoss gelegen und hatte eine sehr große teilüberdachte Terrasse. Von hier aus hatte man zwar keinen uneingeschränkten Blick auf die Bucht, den Hafen und das Meer, da da Haus 2 sich direkt vor unserem Gebäude befindet, jedoch war dies kein Problem. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir einfach gleich Haus 2 buchen... Das Inventar war in sehr gutem, fast neuwertigem Zustand, alles wichtige war vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend zu empfehlen, da die Straße zum Haus recht steil ist und der Weg ins Zetrum zu Fuß sicher mindestens eine halbe Stunde in Anspruch nimmt. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.

Traumhaft!!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Anlage, beim letzten Mal war es ein Appartment, in diesem Jahr dann das Penthouse. Wir können nur sagen: TRAUMHAFT!! Alles passt. Nette Betreuung vor Ort, jederzeit erreichbar. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Hafen von Port Andratx. Schick eingerichtete Zimmer (endlich einmal nicht so kitschig - sondern schlicht und modern). Großzügig gestaltet, mit viel Platz für alle. Durch die drei Terassen kann man der Sonne folgen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, alles da was das Herz begehrt - zumal wir in diesem Jahr viel gekocht haben. Bei vielen anderen Appartments, die wir bisher bewohnt haben, waren die Bäder eher bescheiden. Auch das ist hier nicht der Fall. Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal in La Mola. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!! Lobenswert ist auch die umkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Buchung. Danke an das Team!!

VERY high quality and NO disappointments

Luxurious Penthouse Apartment - fantastic sea view ....that is the headline and you will not be disappointed. From booking until deposits are paid back to you everything is razor sharp quality. Upon arrival you are welcomed by the housekeeper who lives in one of the apts. She (and her husband) is always attentive and ready to help. When you enter the apartment it is clean, fresh and the interior incl. kitchen and beds are high quality. The cooling system works smoothly and keeps your apt exactly in the right temperature. The view to the sea and port is great (off course best from the two Penthouse apts). You have parking under the two buildings and a lift to take you to the apartment. The pool is between the two apartment houses and is clean and equipped with beds, chairs, tables and sun shades/umbrellas. Port Andratx is filled with good restaurants and cosy bars where you can spend all your evenings when you are not cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoying a peaceful evening at the terrace. 10 car-minutes away you find Es Camp de Mar with a lovely sandy and clean beach. The best recommendation is probably that we are going back in the summer of 2014 – for the third time in as many years.

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here with 7 adults and one child - and the penthouse topped our expectations!!! Wonderful views from the living room, balconies and rooftop terrace that you almost did not want to leave the appartment at all! Nearby Port Andratx is a very quaint little town with nice restaurants and shops - touristy, yes, but not anywhere close to the mass tourism of towns such as Magaluf or in the Alcudia bay. Standard of rooms/appliances was well above average and nicely designed. We felt completely comfortable and we will definitely be coming again. Just one note - the driveway to the garages is narrow and STEEP - not for the faint at heart. But the comfort of having a garage spot with elevator access to the appartment door made up for this. Highly recommendable!!!

Port de Andratx is originally a small fishing village and it’s picturesque surroundings have developed into a popular locality with a large marina that bustles with atmosphere.

It is possible to hire boats in all sizes. There are many cosy outdoor restaurants and cafés along the harbour front. In terms of nightlife, the town also has a discotheque.

Palma de Mallorca

The 300 year-old gothic cathedral “Le Seu” dominates the skyline of the island’s capital city Palma de Mallorca. A cosmopolitan city centre with shops and malls, cafés and restaurants.

Beaches: Puerto Andratx (minor beach), Cala Llamp, Camp de Mar, Paguera, Sant Elm.

Vintage Railway. A ride on the almost 100 year-old railway from Palma to Sóller is like taking a trip back in time! The Sóller Railway is a unique way of experiencing the changing landscape along the 27 km long route through orange groves, mountains and tunnels. The trip ends in the cosy town of Sóller.
