Between Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise sits a 4 bedroom house in the trees.
Our house has two bedrooms on the first floor and a family room with a wet bar and a 50” flat screen TV. The first floor bath has a tiled 8’ power shower and a granite topped sink.
The upstairs has a living room with wood stove, dining area, a fully equipped cherry kitchen with an island breakfast bar for three. Also a queen size bedroom, another bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be combined to one king sized bed), a full bath with deep soaking tub and a tiled shower. On this floor there is a small deck off the living room and a large deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and a table with seating for 6. We have internet. Bring books as every bed has a reading light.
There is a lovely yard with gardens, birch trees, stone walls and staircases, so it feels like living in the trees. Plenty of parking. Limit of 8 guests any night. No exceptions.
The house is fully equipped with towels and sheets, just bring your bikes, and toys. We provide beach towels and beach chairs.
Guests arrive at 4pm on Saturday and leave by 10 am the next Saturday. Please leave your shoes inside at the entrance. Absolutely no pets or guests with pets (owner allergic) and NO smoking inside the house. The only rental deposit returns will be if we can re-book, but we work diligently to do so and have not yet had to keep a deposit.
Book now for summer of 2019. September 2018 is also still also open, and if you don't have kids who are school age, it is the loveliest month. Check photos and SIX five star reviews! We have returning guests for a good reason.

Kennebunkport is a resort town with lots of fun shopping and fine restaurants, very picturesque.
Nearby there is summer theatre, golf, fishing, boat tours, sailing tours, land preserves, antiquing and great beaches. Great water view bars and restaurants to linger at. Book immediately as this won’t last long. Owners will provide restaurant lists and activities locations. We would love follow up reviews. The home has no water views but is a short walk to Cape Porpoise harbor. We have a strong preference for payments by echeck.
