Renovated farmhouse, courtyard, garden and car parking.

The accommodation we offer is a former independent farm, south facing in the center of the village near the shops. You are in the heart of the Pyrenees in the Campan valley at an altitude of 860 meters, at the crossroads of Aspin and Tourmalet passes. This ideal location allows the practice of mountain activities in summer and in winter the nearby ski area of ​​the GRAND TOURMALET and PAYOLLE, as well as access to other valleys of the Pyrenees and Spain.

Parents, children and grandparents will enjoy the 3 separate rooms for a family vacation. You can park one or two vehicles in the adjoining courtyard.

This detached farmhouse, facing south, has a courtyard that separates the house from the street as well as a pleasure garden. The developed portion is the former home of the farmers. Its restoration was completed in early 2009. With a surface area of ​​100 m2 over 3 floors, this apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.

- On the ground floor (40 m2):

An open living room with lounge, kitchen, dining area and staircase leading upstairs. Individual chairs make up the seating arranged around a wood stove for winter outbreaks. The dining area includes a round table (7 seats) and a former buffet for storage of utensils and other accessories. The kitchen opens onto a work surface at a right angle is refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring gas cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

  . The south-facing dormitory offers a beautiful view of the mountains through 2 large Velux. It has 2 beds 90/190 and 80/190 bed. (1000 W electric heater).

Maison idéale pour un séjour avec enfants

Propriétaires accueillants , ils nous ont bien conseillés pour les ballades et coins à visiter avec les enfants. Réactifs en cas de problèmes dans le logement. Nous avions des produits locaux en cadeaux le jour de notre accueil . Le logement était propre, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, il y avait beaucoup de placards, cela était pratique comme nous étions 7. L'extérieur est bien fermé, les enfants ont pu jouer dehors en toute sécurité. Nous avons pu voir en direct le feu d'artifice qui était tiré juste à proximité de la maison. Il y a beaucoup de lieux à visiter à proximité ( Col du tourmalet, la Mongie avec la montée au Pic du Midi, le Lac de Payolle (poney, accrobranche),col d'Aspin, bien plus encore donc prévoir 15 jours dans l'idéal. A quelques mètres du logement vous trouverez une superette et une pizzeria avec pain et viennoiserie. Le seul bémol, la pièce pincipale est sombre malgré l'éclairage. En tout cas je conseille cette location.

Voilà, que pour la 3ème année consécutive, toute la famille s’est retrouvée au chalet Gabrielle. Le gîte est très confortable, chaleureux, joliment meublé, très bien équipé et très propre. Les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le jardin après leur journée de ski. Tous les soirs, nous nous sommes retrouvés au coin du feu, un moment de détente très appréciable.

C’est toujours un ravissement de revoir nos hôtes, un couple fort charmant et fort généreux, qui nous ont accueillis avec une petite surprise. Il est donc prévu de revenir en 2013.
