About Property Manager
Charles & Charlotte began their hospitality business in 2010 with just 1 room in their modest farmhouse. On moving to Breedon Hall, this ‘hobby’ became a mainstream revenue stream on adding a further 4 bedrooms and 3 holiday cottages as the renovations to the Hall and ancillary buildings developed. Charlotte is cordon bleu trained and has run her own catering business for nearly thirty years. She has never had to advertise! Charles had a first career in the armed forces then switched to construction, finally leaving the industry in 2013. Both now run their businesses together, fortunately having compatible skillsets!

The mews are situated in the grounds of Breedon hall which itself is located in the middle of the village which boasts two pubs - one the three horseshoes is an alastair sawday french bistro style ‘gastro pub’, the other the hollybush inn, a traditional english pub with low ceilings and craft ales. Both welcome dogs. There is a post office, a golf course (breedon priory) and a crafts/bric a’brac collection of shops with a cafe attached.
