A Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with all comforts next to the beach

Almirida beach holiday villa Kastellina is a beautiful 3 bedrooms maisonette located in an excellent position, in the centre of the tourist resort of Almirida, next to the sandy beach and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. A perfect combination of both convenience and tranquility will make your holidays unforgettable.

A variety of taverns are opposite of the apartments and in 5 minutes walk, a super market, ATM and a taxi station. It has a size of 120 m² and can easily accommodate up to 6 persons.

The villa have a 3 storey layout. Entering, on the middle floor there is on the left a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area next to the living room. In the living room there is a Sat-TV set with DVD player. French doors lead to the balcony with patio furniture and nice view to the beach and the sea. Furthermore in the same level there is a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads on the upper floor where are 2 bedrooms , both air-conditioned, one with a double bed, exit to the balcony and a TV and one with twin beds sharing a spacious bath/wc where the washing machine is. The view from the balcony of the double bedroom is great, overlooking the sea, while the patio furniture offer the perfect setting to relax. The third bedroom is on the lowest floor with two single beds (no aircondition there, as it is pretty cool area, fans are provided). In the exterior of the house there is a small garden and a BBQ for common use. There is Wi-fi available.

A small playground is just next to each apartment ideal for families with small kids and a parking area for those who have a car.

Almirida has two sandy beaches, fully organised with umbrellas, loungers and a lifeguard, while there is also a third beach with pebbles just before the village.The beaches of Almirida are awarded with a Blue Flag every year, showing that the sea is clean and that the beach provides the necessary safety features and customer service facilities.

Almirida village is just 35 km away from the airport of Chania and 15 km from the Harbour of Souda Bay.

Chania international airport has many charter and scheduled flights especially in the summer period from April to October. In souda harbour there is a ferry connection daily from Athens (Piraeus Harbour) with the company Anek lines.

Agréable villa bien située

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans la villa Kastelina: juste la rue à traverser pour accéder à la plage, entre Chania (25 mn de route) et Réthymnon.

La vaisselle est un peu juste, surtout pour les verres. 4 terrasses, climatisation, moustiquaires aux fenêtres... La femme de ménage est très sympathique et acceuillante comme tous les Crêtois.

Endroit calme malgré les restaurants à proximité.

Bref, je recommande cette location.

Restaurants: A fair choice of good restaurants and taverns.

Nightlife: A few bars.

Beach: Nice sandy beach with shallow water.
