This spacious, fully air conditioned and modern 3 bedroom apartment faces south and overlooks the swimming pool, the garden and Victoria Golf Course. In the garden there are 2 swimming pools, one for adults and another for children. At the basement, there are 2 parking spaces belonging to the apartment. The apartment has 3 rooms one of them being a master suite with en-suite bathroom and the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each - or one double and one twin, sharing a second bathroom located in the rooms hall. There is also a social toilet located in the entrance hallway. The living room is massive and faces the pool area and the garden. There is a big balcony with a table that seats comfortable 6 people and a BBQ, where you can prepare and eat your meals outside. The apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen.
Included in the price are the following equipments: Cable TV, Free Broadband Internet, Free WIFI and Air conditioned in the Living Room and in all the rooms.
The apartment is in walking distance to the Marina and the Beach (about 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes by car).
There are also several utilities near by such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, tennis courts, mini golf, jogging course, and 5 of Vilamoura´s Golf Courses are just 5 minutes away by car.
So its both ideal if you want to go and spend time at the beach, enjoy the Marina night life or play some amazing golf.

Close enough to all amenities but far enough from the noisy Marina area.
Near the golf courses, and the beach.
Fully licensed apartment for holiday rentals, well furnished, great areas, south facing, 2 parking places at garage, free wifi, cable TV.
When enquiring for other properties make sure they display on their adverts the rental license and registration numbers.
To prevent tax evasion by property owners, a new national law came out in November 2014 which prohibits home owners to rent their property without a valid license and by the front door a AL sign with the proper info must be placed. Both my properties are fully licensed.
Free WIFI and cable TV, 2 swimming pools, great location in Vilamoura, 2 private parking spaces at the garage, near the beach and the Marina area. AC in the living room and in all the rooms.
We spent 11 days at palm village were we had the most peaceful stay and private. Lots of local Portuguese people stayed in other apartments were very welcoming and friendly to us. The apartment wad clean and tidy. It was equipped with everything we needed for us and our children. The apartment manager was there in the phone when needed and was most helpful to us. The pool was clean and the grounds wete very well maintained. You could walk to the marina within 25 minutes. Local shops and restaurants were at hand 5 minutes walking. Overall we would definitely revisit this apartment as the apartment is spacious and it is a beautiful complex we would recommend it to anyone wanting to go. Thank you for having us.
We have recently returned from 2 weeks in this apartment, as stated elsewhere it is huge.
3 Bedrooms, one ensuite and 2 other bathrooms, well laid out kitchen with all the mod cons available including washing machine and dishwasher.
The balcony overlooking the pool is huge, you need a telephone to speak it's that big, and the pool is just Fantastic, it really is.
Cable TV with good selection of English channels to watch & WIFI included.
Parking underground for 2 cars and a very quiet lift, this property is an absolute bargain at the price and Jay the Owner and Debbie his Local Management agent are very pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating where ever possible.
The apartment as advertised really does not do itself justice, it is far better than advertised and really worth considering for your stay, as a couple or Family or group of friends.
The apartment is roughly a 20 minute stroll to the Marina and beach, and I mean a slow stroll as we did and only 5 Euro's in a cab either way to the Marina.
We really would recommend this apartment to those looking for something that is fantastic value for money, in a lovely part of Vilamoura with everything you need to hand, supermarkets are literally a 5 minute walk for the basics you need.
We will without doubt look to return when we next visit Vilamoura, enjoy, we did.

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) spent a week at this apartment in August.
The apartment is huge, very well maintained and more than enough room for a big family.
It's in a quiet complex about 20 mins walk from the Marina (25 with a 4 year old) although there's a complex with restaurant's (both good), bars and a small supermarket 5 minutes away.
The pool area is great, I particularly liked the grass slopes round the pool - no need for sun beds or reserving - just pop some towels down on the grass and you're good! There is plenty of room for the kids to play.
Also have to say both the owner Jay & his property manager Debbie were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and expect we will rent it again when we next return to Vilamoura.
Just returned from spending one week at the apartment. Lovely apartment in wonderful surroundings.
Property was very clean and well equipped. Marina was about a 25 minute walk and beach about 20 minutes from the apartment.
Pool area was very clean and relaxing, meaning we were able to spend long periods of time there.
We would definitely recommend staying here to a friend!

O apartamento é enorme, bem equipado e conservado, com boa seleção de canais (Tv cabo), Wii gratuito, inclui estacionamento para dois carros.
Complexo tranquilo, com duas boas piscinas e espaço para as crianças brincarem.
Recomendo e não hesito em alugá-lo novamente quando voltar a ir para o algarve, senti-me em casa.
