In a farmhouse of the 17th century, in La Gombaudière, in the middle of fields in the town of Château d'Oléron, House-Duplex stone 32m ² with terrace and fenced garden with trees of 54 sqm.

Renovated with taste and respect for old materials, with stones and exposed beams, tiled floor

terracotta and massive floor in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Quality equipment, with a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine, upstairs.

Kleines, geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad an die Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel. Unkomplizierter und netter Mailkontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren vom Haus und der Insel Oleron begeistert und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Perfektion auf kleinstem Raum

Mit 35 qm ist dieses Haus das kleinste Ferienhaus, das ich jemals gemietet habe. Dank perfekter Raumaufteilung bis ins kleinste Detail und sehr hochwertiger, maßgefertigter Einrichtung wirkt es jedoch sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern. Besonders schön sind die lichtdurchfluteten Schlafzimmer - das Kinderschlafzimmer hat sogar ein drittes Bett gleich unter den Dachbalken - und das Bad, das dank der außergewöhnlichen Duschkonstruktion reichlich Tageslicht von oben hat (meine Kinder waren so begeistert, dass sie gleich fragten, ob wir zu Hause nicht eine ebensolche Dusche bauen könnten). Zum schönsten Strand der Insel - der Grand Plage mit beeindruckenden Wellen - ist es nur ein Katzensprung und auch alle anderen Winkel der Insel sind schnell erreicht. Da die Eigentümer selbst Ihren Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Häuschen verbringen und dann viel wandern und radfahren, können sie sehr gute Tipps geben, was man auf Oleron alles sehen und erleben kann (vorausgesetzt man spricht französisch). Der Garten des Hauses ist sehr klein und bietet wenig Sonnenlicht, hat jedoch einen schönen Blick in die freie Natur. Der Pflegezustand des Hauses ist befriedigend. Da Oleron viele Moore und Wasserläufe hat, sollte man unbedingt an reichlich Mückenschutzmittel denken. Falls wir wieder einmal Urlaub auf der Insel Oleron verbringen, werden wir wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Klein, aber fein!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reihenendhäuschen, das wirklich sehr ruhig liegt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es etwa 15 Minuten zum schönen Strand von Vertbois. Trotz aller Skepsis bezüglich der 35 m² Wohnfläche sind wir zu fünft dank der cleveren Raumaufteilung gut klar gekommen. Der Stauraum ist allerdings begrenzt.

Superbes vacances

Très beau gîte, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très agréable et très bien équipé !

Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et des promenades aux alentours.

Très calme, à proximité des belles plages de l'île et des petites cabanes d'artisans du Château.

La boulangerie à quelques mètres, le pain y est excellent !

Bref des vacances géniales, et encore merci à Carole pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Seul bémol : le barbecue est un peu petit, mais cela est compensé par la plancha mise à disposition !
