The "Casale Olimpia" is an ancient country house of 1962 completely and tastefully restored in stone face-view in typical Tuscan rustic style and furnished in style, used as a Bed & Breakfast, with a surrounding garden immersed in the olive grove.
Casale Olimpia is located a few steps from the small town of Quiesa, equidistant between Viareggio and Lucca and 25 minutes from Pisa and the airport.
It is located in the municipality of Massarosa, mainly developed on agriculture and tourism, a few kilometers from the sea, on the hills and in the hamlets are evident historical signs with eighteenth-century villas, Romanesque churches, as well as the first Roman origins in Massaciuccoli with villas and the "Roman baths". The lake of Massaciuccoli-Puccini dominates the plain and divides the town of Massarosa da Viareggio and Torre del Lago Puccini, where is the theater and the villa of the famous composer, all immersed in the renowned nature park and oasis wwf-lipu, with possibility boat rental and equestrian riding.
The farm is managed by a farm with olive trees in full production mainly with products such as naturally class DOP Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits and vegetables.
The rooms are all finished in rustic Tuscan style respecting the ancient techniques of construction, with standard systems, with respect for seismic and thermal-acoustic regulations, and equipped with hot-cold "fancoil" air-conditioning systems, satellite TV and ADSL lines -Wifi.
On the ground floor of the farmhouse, entrance and large living room with a large fireplace, where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts.
The rooms currently available are, on the ground floor, double bedroom with bathroom, and on the first floor 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom.
All accompanied by a garden with relaxation area and outdoor tables among citrus trees, an ancient wash house and an old wood-burning oven, and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, a parking area, located on a hill overlooking the sea of Viareggio and Versilia , on the Gulf of Poets and the Apuan Alps
