On the first floor of a secure purpose-built block this apartment is full of light.
It has an open-plan living area with futon and dining for four.
The well equipped kitchen can be closed off from the living area by a set of double doors.
In the bedroom there is a double bed with good storage.
The bathroom has a full-sized bath with shower over it.
It's on bustling Bedford Hill, set amidst a selection of shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
We let additional apartments around the corner on Fernlea Road, which are all similarly equipped, and give the option to accommodate more people.

I loved staying at this property. It was light and airy. I liked the fact that it was on a main road and I could see all the activity on the streets, and that it was so close to the station and the shops. The flat was very very clean and very well equipped. Julie, our letting agent was really brilliant. She showed us good customer care.
I'd stay there again but not with family. Perhaps with a couple of good friends because the flat is a quite small.

I just wanted to tell you what a lovely time we had staying at your Bedford Hill apartment. The flat was exactly what we hoped for and so close to everything. All of the new restaurants that have opened up since we were there just over a year ago is amazing. The pizza at Franco Marco is to die for and you can't get a better latte than what they serve up at Lavish Habit. Please thank your team for me and let them know how impressed we all were at how clean everything was. It is definite that we'll never stay in a hotel again when visiting Balham! Fantastic location and very good value-for-money. At first I wasn't sure about Balham as I'd never heard of it but it turned out to be a real find. There are loads of different restaurants and pubs within steps. Being so close to the Tube meant getting in and out of the centre was super-easy too. I can recommend it for couples (it was just my husband and I) but there is a futon in the lounge (one of us snores!) so I guess very handy for either couples like us or families with kids. There's parking included too, although we didn't use it.
Balham Tube (Northern Line) and Rail station is a 3 minute walk away. The centre of London can be reached in about twenty minutes, Victoria Rail Station is 12 minutes and Clapham Junction is 3 minutes.
St Georges Hospital in Tooting, Wimbledon, Twickenham, Richmond and The Oval can all be easily reached.
Balham town centre, where there a wide variety of shopping, is a 3 minute walk away.
Walk to the farmers' market and make yourself a gourmet meal in the large fully equipped kitchen.
The green spaces of Tooting Bec Common and Tooting Bec Lido are a short stroll, as is the Balham Leisure Centre.
