Coast Luxury Townhouses is a newly built condominium development situated on the North Eastern side of Rodney Bay Marina. This is a group of 6 units, all of which have a large plunge pool and communal parking and grounds.
Unit #6 is a 2-bed unit on the left hand end of the block. Upstairs, there are two air conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony. Downstairs is a comfortable air conditioned sitting/dining room which leads out onto a patio and plunge pool. Also downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer. The property is tastefully furnished with an up-market Caribbean look and feel and a short walk from all amenities. The nearest shopping mall (Massey Store - Rodney Heights) is 2 minutes walk away. The local Reduit beach is 8 - 10 minutes walk away.

Wonderful stay in Rodney Bay
Comfortable townhouse in the Rodney Bay area. Close to restaurants (we walked), close to shopping (we walked), close to the marina (we walked). The beds were large and comfortable and the kitchen, dining area ,as well as the living room were first rate.
Delighted to hear that you enjoy your stay with us and found our apartment to be conveniently located and well appointed. Hope you chose us again on any return trip to St Lucia.
Mar 22-Apr 5, 2018. Amazing stay at Luxury Suites! Just book it... You know you want to!
Our group of 4 (2 couples) stayed at this villa for the weeks of Mar 22 - Apr 5. As with any place there are the good and bad points. I will start with the good because they far out weigh the bad.
Location! It truly is in the heart of Rodney Bay. A very short walk (like 2 mins) to the grocery store, 10 mins and you are right downtown with an abundance of shopping, bars, banks and restaurants. Just a little further and you will find yourself on the beach. Right behind the villa is the bus stop, which can take you almost anywhere on the island for cheaper than a beer. If the local bus isn't your brand of rum, the taxis stop there as well.
Clean! I will say it again... the villa was squeaky clean! Jennifer, the housekeeper, was fantastic. If you needed fresh towels, bedding, toilet paper etc. she was only a text away. Beds were comfy, pillows were plentiful and towels were fluffy. There was the basics provided, like salt and pepper. The villa had all utensils for cooking and eating. Plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. Serving dishes and ice cube trays.
Safe. Phillip the night guard was ever vigilant. Checking doors to ensure they are locked and patrolled the grounds through the night.
Now with the bad. (it will be a very short list) Like I said in the "good" comments, the villa backed onto a busy road where the buses and taxis are but there is a large wall between the villa and the road. Sadly, some noise can still be heard, more so on Fri and Sat nights. The villa did not have a BBQ available, which I spoke to the villa manager about and I'm quite sure it will be rectified for future renters as Robert was very accommodating.
The people of St. Lucia are warm, friendly and welcoming. They are proud of their island and its history and staying off the tourist path is the best way to meet people. Not even once did we feel unsafe or not welcome.
Very good location. Property is beautiful and very comfortable.

The access road to the property is between the back of SuperJ (Rodney Heights) and the new Valmont building. We are 2 minutes walk from the shops and less than 10 min from the local Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay.
Additional information about rental rates
If booking as a 1-Bed/Apt the rate is 60% of the 2-Bed rate, e.g. nightly rate is US$153 for dates during 10-Jan to 21-Dec. A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing - by email.
