ES Turrio is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends. The house is situated on a hill not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor.

Es Turrio is built on a hillside and has 3 floors, which are connected via an internal staircase.

Each floor has its own character. The generous floor plan and the harmonious interaction of modern and classical elements create an atmosphere in which one feels like at home.

The mediterranean garden is the ideal place to relax. The area around the pool with jacuzzi , the terrace with sun loungers and fantastic views creates such a pleasant atmosphere that sometimes it is difficult to leave the house. In the evening you can enjoy the legendary majorcan nights. With a good dinner or simply laying in the sun loungers watching the starry sky and letting wander your mind.

Es Turrio has two entrances with wrought-iron gates which are opened electrically. The upper entrance leads to the main entrance on the main floor with side parking for 2-3 cars. The principally used lower entrance is located at the level of the ground floor and leads to the carport for 4 cars, the covered Ping-Pong area, the external access of the apartment and to a huge terrace with children's playground and garden.

All outside areas of the house are connected by walkways and stairs. For the safety of children the pool area is closed by a wrought-iron fence.

THE MAIN HOUSE consists of main and upper floor.

The MAIN FLOOR is the center of the house with same-level access from the street. The main entrance is roofed over. Behind there is an entrance hall and the staircase to the upper floor and to the ground floor. The large window frontage offers a view to the terrace and the pool. At the left side of the hall it goes to the living area, at the right side through another door to the sleeping area. Living Area: Dining room for 10 people and a lower-lying seating area with fireplace. Both have access to the covered terrace with a large table with 12 chairs. The kitchen features an adjoined housekeeping room with terrace. Sleeping Area: A suite of 38 square meters (DT1) with bathroom, living room with sliding door to the bedroom and access to the covered terrace with 2 seating areas. Furthermore, 1 large bathroom with jacuzzi and jet stream shower. Toilet and bidet separated by a sliding door. Two further bedrooms (DT2 + DT3) are sharing this bathroom.

The UPPER FLOOR has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On one side there is a bedroom with dressing room (DT4) and the bathroom. If the second bedroom (DT5) is not used, this bedroom is a suite with 38m2. The opposite bedroom / office (DT5) has 2 single beds with 90x200cm, a desk, a seating area with sofa and reclining chair as well as access to a terrace with 19 m2.


On the ground floor there is the apartment with 90m2 with an external and an internal entrance. It consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), bathroom with shower / toilet and built-in wardrobe, kitchen and a large dining / living room with fireplace and a high quality sofa bed (160x190cm). The dining table can accommodate 14 people, but you also can celebrate family celebrations with up to 30 people.

A beautiful house with the best hosts ever!

I have rented different summer houses in different parts of europe almost every summer the last 10 years. This house, close to the village Son Carrio, is probably the best of them all. The house is spacious, new, super cleane, very well equipped, very practical in use and with the best hosts one can imagine.

When we left we could leave everything - including garbage bags on the floor and food in the fridge. No signs in the house telling us to do this or to avoid that (as you may find in other houses). In the kitchen even the knives were sharp and the frying pans in good shape.

We were three families traveling together, with children ranging from 7 to 11. We all had a greate time, and we hope to come back!

Fantastiskt boende!

Gott om utrymme för att samla en stor familj med flera stora matplatser och med all tänkbar utrustning. Hög standard på allt, pool och bubbelpool var stora favoriter hos barn och barnbarn. Mycket bra service med bl.a. daglig tillsyn av poolen.

Värdinnan mycket tillmötesgående och mån om sina gäster. Vid ankomsten fick vi två stora mallorcanska bakverk och för att fira en jämn födelsedag (anledningen till resan) ytterligare ett bakverk!

Vi har aldrig bott så lyxigt! Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

Einfach perfekt

Für uns als 13-köpfige Männergruppe die seit Jahren nach Mallorca reist und schon diverse Feriendomizile besucht hat blieben keine Wünsche offen! Die Finca bietet einfach alles was einen entspannten Urlaub ausmacht, sie ist wunderbar groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Aussenbereich mit phantastischem Pool, beheiztem Whirlpool und extra Grillhaus könnte besser nicht sein! Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und der Service von Frau Marianne G., die uns betreut hat ist unschlagbar! Kurzum beide Daumen hoch, wir kommen wieder! Herzlichen Dank

Wir waren Anfang Juni mit 12 Männern in dieser perfekten Finca.

Tolle Lage, sehr große Zimmer mit super Betten, geschmackvolle Bäder, der Aussenbereich ebenso perfekt, qualitativ sehr hochwertig, gepflegt und sauber, sehr netter und professioneller Kontakt

Wir haben lange überlegt, aber es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen.

Sowohl mit mehreren Familien als auch mit Freunden absolut empfehlenswert.

Traum-Finca***Absolut empfehlenswert

Nachdem wir (3 Familien mit Kindern zwischen 4 und 12 Jahren) bereits verschiedene Finca-Urlaube auf Mallorca unternommen hatten, entdeckten wir nun in Son Carrio unser Traum-Ferienhaus.

Genau wie beschrieben fanden wir die Finca vor: Rundum gepflegt, sauber, riesig groß und mit allem, was das Urlauberherz begehrt.

Die professionelle Betreuung durch Marianne G. ist einfach unglaublich. Jeder Wunsch wird dem Gast von den Augen abgelesen. Es wird einfach ALLES möglich gemacht.

Außerdem danken wir Jaume für den tollen Bootsausflug mit mallorquinischer Vesper-wir schwärmen alle noch heute davon!

Für uns ist klar: Wir kommen wieder! Für 2015 haben wir die Anzahlung bereits geleistet!!!

einfach nur traumhaft !!!!

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen in diesem Traumhaus. Der Vorkontakt war schon professionell und sehr herzlich. Die Online-Beschreibung stimmt zu 110%. Es Turrio ist in einem muss das Staubkorn suchen, wenn man es denn finden will. Vor Ort wurden wir von der Maklerin und dem Eigentümer herzlich begrüßt und erhielten einen Rundgang durch das Haus mit Erläuterungen zur Alarmsicherung, Elektrogeräte etc. Uns wurde eine 24-Stunden-Betreuung für den Notfall etwas habe ich bei einer Urlaubsunterkunft noch nicht erlebt! Wir fühlten uns als herzlich willkommene Gäste und wurden auch so behandelt. Es fehlte einfach an nichts....wirklich nichts. Selbst der im Spaß vermisste Eierkocher stand am nächsten Tag auf dem Küchentisch...der Eigentümer hatte die halbe Insel hiernach "durchsucht", da dieses Haushaltsgerät in Spanien nicht üblich ist. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Wir haben diese 1 Woche sehr genossen und gleich wieder eine Reservierung vorgenommen. Besser geht nicht. Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem nicht weit ab von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc...Sowohl Poolbereich als auch Grillhütte...einfach nur herrlich für entspannten Urlaub.

Vielen Dank nochmals an Frau G. und Jaume....bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt wieder auf Es Turrio.

Our villa is located on the side of a small mountain, overlooking the sea, from where there are 20 km of coastline, including areas of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and Porto Cristo, since there may be many activities and enjoy the tranquility and possibilities offered by the housing itself. Relax on the terrace watching their surroundings, bathing in the original pool with jacuzzi and water games or enjoying a bike ride around and enjoy dinner in the light of the stars. On the other hand also has the opportunity to visit the beautiful village of Son Carrio (1.5 km) or the towns of Son Servera, Cala Millor, Porto Cristo (all within 6 km) and stopping to enjoy the cuisine of kilns typical Mallorcan town and restaurants and cafes (traditional market on Fridays and Son in Son Carrio Servera). Near the house also has the natural space of the Punta d'Amer (5 km), where they can visit the castle, where there is a bar-restaurant, hiking, horseback riding, trekking, cycling, etc. Other possibilities nearby, Thalassotherapy center - Spa (Sa Coma 5km), boating (Porto Cristo 6 km), there are also 4 golf courses within 15 km
