Welcome to Seven Springs! My family enjoys vacationing at Seven Springs in our mountain home during all four seasons. I think that you will too!
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and just about anything that you would need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. The counter height dining room table seats 8 people so that your entire group can enjoy eating together, or playing cards and games. There is a radio/CD player mounted under the cabinets or you can connect your smart phone to listen to your favorite music.
The 2 story living room has a leather couch and loveseat, a 42" flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and an assortment of DVDs. Look out the patio door to enjoy a beautiful mountain view, or sip your morning coffee on the deck at the bisro table.
The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, one of the second floor bedrooms has a queen bed and TV with cable, and the other has two twin beds. The large loft has a king sized bed. There is a TV in the loft with DVD and VCR and an assortment of tapes. Or connect your video games to the HDMI cables.
The townhouse was recently painted and decorated with wood blinds and custom drapery. It had a Seven Springs gold rating.
You can walk out the front door to catch the complimentary shuttle to the top of the mountain or to the base lodge. My family prefers the short walk on Village Trail extension to ski down to Avalanche lift. If you aren't a skier, there is tubing, snowmobiling, and at the lodge an indoor pool, bowling, roller skating and the Trillium spa. There is a lockable closet in the vestibule, adjacent to the front door for your skis. poles and boards. A closet and coat rack in the downstairs hall provides a place to hang coats, mittens, helmets etc., and a place to finish dressing for a fun day on the slopes.
Bring your beach towels and sunscreen to enjoy the pools at Woodridge, Sunridge or at the Seven Springs lodge. There is also White Water Rafting at Ohiopyle, about 30 minutes away
You can enjoy the playground or playing tennis, basketball or volleyball just a short walk away at Woodridge or Sunridge. Bring your charcoal for a cookout because there are grills and picnic tables. There are many Seven Spring activities including; hiking, mountain biking, alpine sliding, summer tubing, zip lining and skeet shooting. Look at the Seven Springs web site for more information. There are many hiking and mountain biking trails in the area, including the Laurel Highlands hiking trail. Sights to see nearby, Falling Water, Kentuck Knob, Idlewild, and the Flight 93 Memorial to name just a few. There are many events to enjoy at Seven Springs and nearby such as, the Mountain Beerfest, Mud on the Mountain, the Wine Festival, Autumnfest, and Fort Ligonier Days.
