Just moments away from the river Arun, sits our pretty flint walled fisherman’s cottage.
Built around 1840, the cottage oozes character but includes all the modern day conveniences you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
It is also a fantastic hub from which to explore Sussex, as well as a cosy retreat for enjoying lazy afternoons.
On the ground floor there is a living room with 2 sofas, log burning fireplace, HD television, FreeSat box and Blu-ray player.
A door leads out from here to the garden which has a table and seating for 4 people for enjoying al fresco dining or a glass of wine.
At the end of the garden is parking for 2 cars.
The kitchen/dining area is also located on the ground floor and includes a table with seating for 4 people, an oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The utility room comes off the kitchen and includes a washer dryer and a dishwasher, and leads to a shower room/WC.
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a super king size bed if preferred.
The cellar has been set up as a snug cinema room with HD projector and surround sound. Again there is a FreeSat box and a Blu-ray player which includes access to Netflix if you have an account.
A u-shaped sofa makes the cinema room a great place to lounge and enjoy your favourite movies.
The cottage is also equipped with a high speed broadband internet connection and WiFi is available throughout.
The river is less than a minutes walk from the cottage where there is a selection of bars and restaurants.
The seafront is around 10 minutes walk. The high street and train station are also less than 2 minutes away.
There are several supermarkets in short walking distance.
Brighton, Worthing, Arundel and Chichester are also in easy reach by road or rail.
