This amazing luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located in the idillic Spanish fishing village of Gran Tarajal, just 25 minutes South of the island, from the airport.. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms with an infants cot + high chair,which are available FREE of charge if required.The large modern living & dining area is fitted with air-conditioning.

The apartment as a 45m sq private sun soaked terrace, which includes front line breathtaking sea & mountain views.The 25m swimming pool can also be viewed from the terrace.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a utility area & washing machine.Nespresso coffee machine is provided in the kitchen,for all those coffee lovers!

This uniquely located apartment offers lazy days by the pool,gym facility or strolls into the harbour or nearby town with its promenade & unspoilt sandy beach!

The promenade offers a good choice of restaurants of which are all very reasonably priced & to a high standard of food!And for fish lovers the daily catch is highly recommended.

Location: Vista Mar 5J located in Gran Tarajal,overlooking the harbour which takes pride in hosting the Fuerteventura. Gran Tarajal Open de Pesca de Altura. Open Deep Sea Fishing Championship. This takes place in early September and is renowned for its big catches of Marlin,there is a typical Spanish fiesta(party) at the end of the championship which takes place just 2 minutes walk from the apartment,lots of fun!!

Gran Tarajal's location means that it is a good base, it as all amenities to hand and is just a 20 minute drive to the famous white sandy beaches of the south, zoo and water sport regions!

Complex amenities: The complex as a fully equipped gym with changing & shower room facilities adjacent to it.Vista Mar also offers a 25m swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable modern sun loungers & parasols for shade. All this is exclusive for guests & owners only!

Vista Mar 5J is one of very few that includes its own private parking space, directly behind the apartment, this means no walking up or down stairs with heavy shopping or beach bags:-)

Local attractions & activities: For anyone who is partial for a round of golf,Las Playitas is just 5 minutes from the apartment and is set in a idyllic ocean view location.Also very popular on the island is the sport of kite & wind surfing,located just 20 minutes South is the famous beach of Sotavento,lessons are available here at the Rene Egli Centre.

The price is based on 2 persons, per week. There is an additional charge of 50 euro per person per week for any more than 2 persons and children 12 years and over. There is a secure parking space at the rear of the apartment. This is ideal for shopping days as there is no need to carry heavy bags up stairs to the apartment.The nearest lift is located just 5 meters from the apartment door. We also provide an umbrella on the balcony to provide shelter at the front of the balcony if required.

Wonderful Time

Reservation was handled very efficiently. Excellent instructions on how to get to and access unit. Leslie and Tracey responded to my communications quickly and completely and were a pleasure to deal with. Unit was large with beautiful balcony/view and we really enjoyed eating our meals outside. The location was great to do various day trips. Thank you so much for the welcome gift and for a great stay!

Everything as advertised and more

Documentation and directions/instructions perfect. Great welcome from Leslie on our arrival, which settled us in nicely, to then enjoy the refreshing bottle of wine he'd left us.

Amazing views from the apartment , dramatic walking area for those so inclined , but also great to enjoy that lazy sunny afternoon.

In summary, we enjoyed it so much , we're booking again for next year!

Great time had by all

The apartment was so spacious even for 5 adults.fantastic sun terrace with great views.nice location to have leisurely walk by the harbour on the way to restaurants,bars & supermarkets.the owners were very helpful from the first e mail to enquire about booking and many more question leading upto our holiday.very clean & tidy on arrival.would love to return someday.

Amazing Apartment, Breathtaking view!

All I can say is the place is AMAZING.

Very high standard apartment &, wifi that works (no issues at all)

However more than that; Leslie has truly gone over and beyond

From the moment we enquired about the apartment they made sure all questions were answered (I needed to make sure wifi worked and it does!)

When we arrived, great welcome gift!

They have really anticipated what you need to know for example – recommending restaurants to visit.

However when we had a “hiccup” with our next location, in terms were we where staying next on the island. Leslie was most helpful, in trying to find our next accommodation – we literally had no-where to go! No only did he not take advantage in terms of costs of us staying for additional 5 days in his apartment, he also made enquires on our behalf, this guy has truly helped us and won’t be forgotten. He never had to do this, but he did and it is forever appreciated,

very relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and would certainly return if we come to Fuertaventura again.The apartment had everything we needed and had great views from the large terrace.

It is perfectly placed for a pleasant stroll around the harbour to Gran Tarajal.

Leslie and Tracey are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries and there were not many of those.

Parking was just outside the door although negotiating the car park took some getting used to but we soon mastered it.
