Within a few metres of a supermarket, and several excellent restaurants - this house is in an ideal location - for a perfect family or golfing holiday I It is an approx 10 minute downhill walk to the entrance of Riviera, the sea, public transport, taxis and further shopping and dining facilities.

The secure complex has attractive communal gardens, lovely large pool + .children's pool.

The House: This house is exceptionally well furnished and equipped, and has absolutely everything you could possibly require for the perfect holiday.

The spacious, airy rooms are very stylishly decorated.

With both A/C and heating for year round comfort - it is the perfect place for summer family holidays, or winter golfing breaks.

An attractive fireplace in the corner of the high ceiling lounge makes for a cost winter atmosphere.

All terraces are furnished - with the addition of sunbeds for use in the garden.

The Complex & surrounding area: Rincon del Golf is a most attractive complex - lying right at the side of the popular Miraflores Golf Course.

Each house opens onto the well tended communal gardens.

There is an attractive pool + smaller children's pool, and a communal BBQ area - for feasting on those summer nights.

The community is gated - with access through a remote controlled gate.

Rincon del Golf is close to Centro Commercial Las Terrazas - which houses a supermarket, newsagent, ATM, internet cafe, a few bars and some excellent restaurants.

As Rincon del Golf is only a 10 minute downhill walk to the Riviera exit of the A7 / N340 - where further shopping and dining facilities are to be found - also taxis, public transport and the beach - car hire is absolutely not essential.

Miraflores and Riviera are at the very heart of Mijas Costa - the area between Fuengirola and Marbella - making it very easy to travel to either of these lovely resorts and further afield.

Further afield: Anyone familiar with this area of the Costa del Sol will no doubt be aware of the myriad of activities available for perfect holiday enjoyment. Aside from the obvious large choice of golf courses, the area is blessed with some excellent beaches and marinas. Here you can water-ski, fish, scuba dive or merely take a cooling dip in the sea.

Malaga of course is home to one of Spain's favourite sons-Pablo Picasso.

Here you can visit the fabulous museum and his birthplace.

Seville, Cordoba and Granada are stunningly beautiful cities to visit, steeped in history and beautiful architecture. Close to Granada of course is the Sierra Nevada, reachable from Mijas Costa in 2 hours, by an excellent road. It is possible to be on the slopes in the morning and return to the Coast to enjoy the afternoon sunshine on the beach!

There are ample attractions to keep the younger members of your group happy. Fuengirola Zoo and Aquapark, Selwo Marina and Tivoli World will provide endless hours of fun.

Great welcome and support.

Clean, tidy and comfortable house and garden.

Home from home. Great for eating in, al fresco or dining out.
