Views from this room are out towards the valley of Shutta. The second bedroom offers either a twin set-up, or a generous double, a large walk-in-wardrobe and a dressing table. Views are out to the river, millpool, woodland and sun deck.
One bathroom offers hot showers on demand, and baths via a hot-water tank.
There is one private car park space in the Berkeley Court parking area allocated for No.3 Riverbella.
Part of the charm and character of Looe is that the majority of properties are built on the hillside, and although the apartment is ground floor, the access from the car park space is via some steps (69), therefore, unfortunately, it is not suitable for wheelchair access or for those less mobile. The steps are through the garden and are not steep.
