We part-own the property next door and loved the area so much we want to invest again. Our extended family and friends join us for several family orientated holidays in Tenerife per year so having access to two apartments side-by-side is a bonus. We love the area, it offers so much. lovely apartment , peaceful location , nice clean pool area.
Easy to find and no problem with key access as we didn’t arrive until late night. The apartment was lovely and clean and filled with nice touches and modern looking with nice fixtures.
With all towels , kitchen utensils and accessories you could need and more.
Good WiFi, tv, speaker, some cd’s, books, iron and board(if you bother ironing your clothes on holiday!).
Sun loungers and chair and tables on both terraces , towel rack, sun on the front in the morning moving to the rear towards the end of the evening .
Ceiling fans in the rooms are good and the air con is a must but unfortunately is only fitted to one bedroom area so it can get a bit warm in the rest of the rooms but it’s not really an issue and you can open the front and rear patio doors and get a nice breeze to run through the apartment , keeping the sun blinds closed in the two bedrooms is a must as the sun rises on the front facing windows and is warm in the mornings .
Security gates on the front and rear doors for extra piece of mind and safety(not that we had any issues at all).
Pool area very clean with added toilet block , open showers, access by key fob only ,pool layout good and some fixed sun shade/parasols , trees, sun loungers all in good condition ( if anything there could be a few more) but it was never rammed like round a hotel pool and we always managed to get some as people come and go during the day so it was polite to take your towels etc if you left the pool area to free the loungers up for others. There are maintenance staff coming and going during the day time.
Also there is a fresh water machine next to the pool area which is cheaper than buying at the shops , just buy your first large one at the shop and then you can refil at the machine for 1 euro for upto 10 litres , bargain.
There is a small supermarket at the top of the street which is handy and a couple of bars / restaurants and a taxi rank which is very handy , as a guide less than 6 euro to go upto the san blas area with more bars restaurants and the main supermarket in the area(hyperdino).or 30 min walk.
Short walk to the bottom of the road is the coast path which is a nice walk along towards the marina area and past that upto the golf del sur area with some nice places to eat and great views 15/20 min.
So hopefully this is a bit of help for anyone looking to stay here . We stayed as a family of four and there is plenty of room for chilling and living and would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean. Lots of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.
Fabulous apartment with sun all day
Beautifully furnished and decorated, comfortable and sparkling clean apartment. Two wonderful terraced areas which have the sun at various times throughout the day.
It is a little way out from the main San Blas bar/restaurant area but that is not necessarily a negative as it was very tranquil and peaceful with enough local bars and restaurants to keep you entertained. Pool and surrounding area had just been completely renovated and was delightful. Highly recommend.
Excellent holiday accommodation!
We were very impressed right from the initial booking. Stuart was always very quick to respond to all correspondence, from the initial enquiry right up to a couple of questions we had when we arrived. The apartment was easy to find using the information we received from Stuart before we left, and access was very easy. The apartment had everything you need for an excellent holiday. It was quiet and clean and exceeded our hopes and expectations. One thing to note though is parking can be awkward, and most of the time it was difficult to park close to the property. We quite often had to park in the road up to 200 or 300 meters away, however the road is quiet and the walk is pleasant and in no way spoilt what was a fantastic stay. It was really nice being just a few meters away from the start of some wonderful walks with great views over the nearby marina and along the coast! All in all, highly recommended, and we will return for sure. Many thanks Stuart and Sam!
Beautifully furnished apartment in great location
This apartment is absolutely stunning and modern. No detail has been overlooked. The location is perfect for short (or long) walks to nearby locations including the marina, golf Del sur and Los Abrigos. There is plenty to do on your doorstep with a supermarket, bars and restaurants just minutes away. The pebble beach is a few minutes walk away and the coastal path from here takes you in either direction on beautiful coastal walks. Cannot wait to go back.
We had a lovely stay. Weather was great and apartment was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you'd need. Can't wait to go back!
