What makes this Cabin unique
The cabin has 3500 sf of space and is set up perfectly to help accommodate large groups/multiple families comfortably on 3 different levels. The Master Bed and Bath are on the main level, along with a mud room, guest bathroom, large kitchen, dining, living room, and access to a hot tub deck, plus another large wrap around deck with a grill and plenty of seating. Upstairs you will find another Master Suite with a King Bed and Bath, plus 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, and another shared Bathroom, totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs you will find a Game Room with Foosball and Air Hockey Table, a large sectional hide-a-bed couch, wet bar, wood-burning stove, laundry area, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a shared Bathroom, a loveseat that reclines, and access to a large outside patio. The cabin sits on .70 acre and has a fire pit with picnic area, horse shoe pit, and a playground for your little ones.

Violation of this rule will be subject to forfeiture of deposit or a full days rental. * We can accommodate up to 20 guests in beds/air mattresses/pullout couch, but you are welcome to bring more and bring your own sleeping bags! * Directions: Elk Ridge Estates is located 1/10 of a mile West off of Hwy 89, on Hwy 14. On Hwy 89 you will see a Todd's Convenience Store- This is your turnoff onto Hwy 14. We are the first subdivision on the R. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE STREET or THE NEIGHBORING CABINS DRIVEWAY!! Violation of this rule will result in your deposit will be forfeited. We can accommodate 6-7 vehicles in our driveway

The house was amazing and everything we needed was there; fire pit out back, seating areas on the wrap around porch, grill, hot tub, cable, game room, wifi, etc. It was a great amount of space for our group of 11 adults. Everyone talked about going back again next year!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Happy Trails cabin is surrounded by beautiful trees in a small quiet community that oozes with peace and tranquillity.The kitchen is definitely FULLY stocked with lots of room to move around and all the rooms are cozy and spacious. Our family enjoyed our stay very much, especially our 10 year old grandson who didn't want to leave as soon as he got there and fell in love with the hammock. We will definitely recommend Happy Trails cabin to all of our family and friends and would love to return again for many years to come. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. We had a fun family reunion in July. We enjoyed the surrounding mountains and hikes. The house had some problems, but we worked around them. It was fun to get together and enjoy each others' company. The owner was really nice.

Check-outs later than 11 am will be subject to forfeiture of deposit or a full days rental fee. Absolutely no smoking in or around the cabin and no pets allowed. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Smoking is allowed by the outside fire pit. There is enough parking for 6-8 vehicles in our driveway. No parking is allowed in the street or in front of neighboring cabins. This is closely monitored by the hoa and any violation of this rule will be subject to forfeiture of full deposit.
