Along the garden path, partly hidden from view, is a separate, private and self-contained cottage, Garden Cottage. It has a fully-equipped kitchenette and a breakfast bar. Large mahogany sliding doors open up to the dining area on the verandah. With the doors open, you can lie in bed and watch the Caribbean Sea as ships pass by.
The bathroom has a nautical theme, including a hand-crafted teak sink and a wrap-around shower. A canopied king-size, four-poster bed and a small outdoor two-person Jacuzzi add to the romantic, honeymoon atmosphere of Garden Cottage.
Hidden away on the sleepy island of Nevis, with a cloud-shrouded mountain as the dramatic backdrop and Nevis’ sister-isle St. Kitts as part of the property’s 180-degree ocean-view, Lambsdown Cottages offer beauty, serenity and privacy, a true “home away from home”.
Gingerbread trim, shaded verandahs, plantation-style stone steps, bevelled glass doors, polished hardwood floors and state-of-the-art kitchens make for a magical mix of modern convenience and old-fashioned charm. Four different cottages (see also 869393), extensive gardens and two refreshing pools make Lambsdown Cottages your perfect tropical escape.
The cottages have been featured in numerous international magazines, including Caribbean Life, Dove, the New York Post, and other publications.

Lambsdown Cottages are located on the lush, volcanic island of Nevis in the West Indies. Perched on a hill with Nevis Peak as a backdrop, the property has a 180-degree view of the Caribbean Sea and Nevis' sister isle St. Kitts. The beach at Cades Bay is within walking distance, while Oualie Beach, Nisbet Plantation Beach, Pinney's Beach and the Robert Trent Jones III golf course of the Four Seasons Resort, are just minutes away by car. A walking trail to the ruins of a historic sugar estate, Spring Hill Plantation, starts at the property's garden gate. Day trips to the scenic and largely uninhabited St. Kitts Peninsula is within easy reach, with a car ferry leaving several times per day from the dock just below the cottages. Being on a hill comes with the added advantage of having cooling mountain breezes to help ease the tropical heat during the day and being able to leave the occasional sand flies and mosquitoes of the beach area behind as you head home to your cottage at sunset.
Golf: Four Seasons Resort has a spectacular 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones III. Non-residents may purchase use of the course at the Four Seasons Resort club house. Equipment, including clubs and golf carts, may also be rented. For more information, please contact the Resort.
