Huish House is a traditional farmhouse on a working dairy farm just a 1 mile gentle stroll from the lovely South Milton Sands beach, home of the iconic Thurlestone Rock. With four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious sitting room and open plan kitchen/dining room it is the ideal base for a family holiday. There is a large private garden and ample onsite parking. South Huish is an unspoilt valley with both Hope Cove & Thurlestone being in walking distance....Salcombe is just a 15 minute drive away.

There is a large central island with granite work tops and bar stools. South Huish is ideally suited for access to the South West Coast Path and the popular beaches of South Milton Sands, Bantham and Hope Cove. The nearest shop is a Co-Op at Malborough which is a just 2 miles away and is well stocked with necessities. Nearby Kingsbridge has a Tesco & Morrisons as well as good butchers, bakers and a greengrocers. South Milton Sands is home to The Beachhouse, a very popular rustic restaurant serving excellent food ( Booking Advised). Also the Village Inn at Thurlestone and The Cove at Hope Cove have great reputations for food and drink. A little further afield are The Sloop at Bantham and Oceans at Bolberry , both of which I can personally recommend.
