If we turn the view to the east we have fantastic views of the coast and its green fields, you can see the beaches of Salobreña with its Peñón in the sea, Motril, Torre Nueva and other developments, such as Playa Granada where there is a golf course with 18 holes This same view during the night is Awesome !! Seeing everything illuminated. The days of full moon see its reflected glow on the sea is an image worth remembering. This magnificent Villa for rent with swimming pool, named Villa Mava, is located in the most prestigious Urbanization of the Costa Tropical located in Andalusia in the south of Spain, specifically in the Monte de los Almendros Urbanization that belongs to the municipality of Salobreña (Granada ).

Villa Mava is very well connected, barely 100 km from the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria.

The location and access to the Monte de los Almendros Urbanization is very easy, since it is close to the N-340 road that connects Malaga with Almería and just 2.5 km from Salobreña and 10.5 km from Almuñecar, a tourist town. excellence of the Costa Tropical (Granada).

What a great place!

Trying to find a Villa that suits both the needs of all our family can sometimes be a challenge and then getting the location right too, but Villa Mava delivered on all fronts. When we arrived we were delighted with how well the Villa was presented (very neat and tidy) which meant that we didn't have to invest any of our valuable holiday time cleaning.

We have visited this area of Spain several times and have never managed to find a Villa that we would be going back to but we have already booked another visit in Villa Mava for 2013 and can wait to get there.

This is one that is definitely worth serious consideration when booking your stay in Spain.

Un séjour dans une région aux richesses historiques fabuleuses, aux paysages et végétations paradisiaques à partir d'une maison située dans un des plus beaux villages de la côte.

Sa situation en surplomb de la mer, visible de toutes les pièces, de toutes les terrasses,

son confort et son ameublement en tous points parfaits, sa piscine bien abritée , son jardin aux essences exotiques très dépaysantes pour nous, français nous ont complètement conquis.

Merci aussi à Carlos pour son accueil et sa maîtrise parfaite du français.

Dommage ! C'est fini... mais nous reviendrons...!

Magnifica casa, bien situada y equipada. Comodidad 100%.

Ubicacion espectacular, frente al mar y soleada todo el dia.

Casa grande y comoda. Muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario. Piscina estupenda. Diferentes zonas para disfrutarla a todas horas. Terrazas, porche, solarium en piscina. Todo correcto y con equipamiento adicional ( sombrillas, barbacoa, tendedero, amacas, mobiliari exterior.....)

Muy bien atendidos por el anfitrion, facilitando informacion muy completa de zona , con detalles y muy practica.

La zona de Costa Tropical es magnifica para disfrutar de playas y alrededores con pueblos de mucho encantp.

After over 40 years of gradual development mostly by individual owners from more than 20 countries, Monte de los Almendros is now a beautiful and elegant residential, very international urbanization, which in no way resembles other built throughout Spain, with virtually identical houses in an environment of cement. The gardens and parkland, with its shrubs and trees, have transformed what was once a barren hill in a green oasis, where permanently the chirping of birds and other animals such as squirrels, red-tailed hear they have established their nests and have adopted as habitat.

Because of its location at the foot of Sierra Nevada, along the Mediterranean and in front of Salobreña, one of the most beautiful villages crowned with a beautiful Moorish castle, the owners of Monte de los Almendros, enjoy views of indescribable beauty and color (white Sierra, blue sea, green Vega).

Golf: The Golf Los Moriscos is open to the public and is located next to the beach of Motril on the Costa Tropical. It is ideally located in the heart of Costa de Granada, only 5 minutes and 10 minutes from Salobreña Almuñécar.

It is a links type course located about 8 km. Motril, a sports complex near the beach. The Moriscos, with 2. Travel 850 meters, has a flat surface decorated with slender palm trees and sugar cane. Generous greens and wide lakes pervade this Granada countryside.

The course has 18 holes spread over 5072 meters. The shortest hole is 130 meters 5th and the 15th longest at 492 meters. The field is usually quite flat but there are many artificial barriers such as lakes and bunkers.

Skiing: Sierra Nevada

The ski resort of Sierra Nevada Mountains and is the southernmost of the European stations as it is in the Andalusian, and is also the highest mountain range on the peninsula.

2. It has 500 acres of skiable area with a total of 62 kilometers, divided into 45 tracks of different levels, as well as off-piste itineraries.

Sierra Nevada is the season of Europe with more days of sunshine per year, with an excellent quality of snow throughout the season.

It has a magnificent hotel infrastructure that expands in Granada, thanks to the excellent road access just 32 kilometers, is one step away from the station.
