Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchenette at their disposal, or go out to eat in one of the many restaurants in the Estoril/Cascais area.

Set at 100 meters from the Estoril Train Station, it has good access to transportation and it is close to local shops (restaurants, pharmacy, banks, groceries, etc) and car parking. This well-located Estoril Beachfront Apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the renowned Tamariz Beach, ideal for guests wishing to enjoy sun lounging, swimming or going for walks in the seafront boardwalk.

About Filipa Leitão de Aguiar

The story of RENT4REST started in Sesimbra in our family´s beach house, built by my parents in 1984, where I spent all the weekends and vacations of my childhood and youth.

It was in this house that my brother and me learned how to ride a bicycle and how to swim, and collected many other memories that mark our lives. This is a house full of memories of vacations, endless days of playing with cousins, walks on the beach, dives on the swimming pool in the summer, and in winter wonderful evenings by the fireplace. It was in this house that a little bit older, we had our friends over for weekends of fun. Nowadays with our family growing, we want our kids to have the same memories.

To allow the rehabilitation of the house, and because we like to have visits from families and groups from different countries, one day I dared my father to rent our beach house in Sesimbra to guests.

Having guests from all over the world became an experience so rewarding that we decided to create RENT4REST and rent other family and friends properties.

My name is Filipa, I`m an Environmental Engineer and Veterinarian, but at the present time I dedicate myself exclusively to the management of RENT4REST. I`m the one who will answer all your reservations requests, answer all your doubts and most of the times I´ll be the one to welcome you at your arrival. In the management of RENT4REST I rely on the help of my husband Filipe and my father António. We work with certified partners for services of occasional Check-in, Cleaning, Maintenance, Transfers and Tours.

We manage all our properties. They were picked for having unique characteristics like a great view or great location, in front of the beach, on a golf course or in the city center.

Whether you are planning a romantic getaway, or a vacation for family and friends, all our houses are furnished and equipped to make sure that you are comfortable. Most of our houses have Cable TV and free Wi-Fi.

Splendid vacation in Estoril

Wonderful apartment in Estoril. Location is a must, close to the Casino, to the magnificent Tamariz Beach (what a sidewalk, 6 Km by the sea, fantastic), and 2 minutes away on foot to the train station that can bring us to Lisbon! Perfect Location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, quality toilets and furnishure, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meals at home. Owner is a very nice person and very available. Close to the apartment you have everything you need on foot, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. Estoril is close to Sintra, and Guincho, and of course LIsbon. What fantastic sunny days and sunsets, great memories of excellent moments, and the best is the balcony in the apartment to enjoy them. Highly reccomended!

Goed appartement

Het appartement is dicht bij de zee. Ook het station is op loopafstand. Fijn voor een dagje Lissabon. Cascais is wandelend te bereiken via de boulevard. Mooie wandeling.

Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat nodig is voor je verblijf.

Nadeel kan zijn het geluid van het verkeer.

Tip: de auto kun je voor een laag bedrag parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het Casino.

Turístico Local.

Local adequado para hospedar fora do centro turístico e viver como os residentes, e ao mesmo tempo perto dos pontos turísticos. O apartamento muito bem localizado na praça principal de Estoril, ao lado da estação de comboios que em pouco minutos chega até Lisboa com conexões para outras estações e metro. Perto de Cascais podendo ir a pé pelo calçadão da praia. A proprietária foi muito atenciosa, prestando todas informações sobre a região que possuem alguns restaurantes bons, supermercado e padaria. Sempre que solicitada deu retorno imediato com solução de pequenos eventuais problemas de manutenção. Semanalmente é feito limpeza geral no apartamento. Todos os equipamentos funcionam plenamente e atenderam a nossa expectativa.Conforme dito anteriormente é um local bom, seguro e econômico de hospedagem na terra do bacalhau e vinho. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Stay in Estoril

The stay in this flat was pleasant, relatively comfortable, very well located and clean. The owner was attentive, easy going and flexible to our requests.
