This apartment is frequently used by owners, so you can expect what you usually ask of a rental apartment.

Unit has two bedrooms :

- Main bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom and 4 door closet, sea view from bed.

- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and closet. This bed room as another folding extra bed that can be used.

The living room with fireplace as an 'L' shape sofa and it is connected to the balcony where you can relax, have your meals and relax outside. Central heating.

Discover Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon: Cascais on the west coast of Portugal, has something for everyone, 40 min to Lisbon by train, a beautiful and vibrant capital city. The Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum, magnificent building was left to the municipality of Cascais by the Conde of Castro after his death in 1927. The grounds and library were officially open to the public in 1931.

There is a beautiful Chapel said to be from the 17th Century, 'Capela de S. Sebastião', on the property. Americas Cup was a success with the beautiful catamaran sailing very close to shore. Sintra hills, only 20 minutes away by car have an abundance of castles, monasteries and palaces.

During the summer months, a series of events take place in Estoril and the picturesque town of Cascais such as the Craft Fair, the Festival of the Sea and many popular festivities and international classical, jazz and popular Music Festivals.

History: Cascais is a favorite tourist destination, the former fishing village gained fame as a resort for Portugal's royal family in the late 19th century and early 20th century, nowadays it is a popular vacation spot for both Portuguese and foreign tourists, it is located in the Estoril coast.

A train leaves every 15 mins into Lisbon where you can walk around the 18th century center and up to the Arab quarter till St. Georges Castle. Further details

Sintra hills have an abundance of castles, monasteries and palaces to explore, wonderful walks have surprises around every corner, one of UNESCO world heritage places, just 20 min away, with its 8th century Moorish castle, the castle was conquered by Afonso Henriques in 1147 and counts with chapels, tombs and chambers, from Castelo dos Mouros you will have stunning views - one can observe all the area until it fades away into the Altantic ocean. 14th Century Pena Palace was one of the main royal family residencies during the 19th century...

Late afternoon: At night the docks in Lisbon area is a must, plus places like Bairro Alto, where are countless little restaurants at a very reasonable price and Alfama where you can listen the famous “Fado”.

Cascais as excellent seafood restaurants all over the place and it is idyllic for lovers of nature and relaxing holiday just a few minutes from the capital.

Great apartment with sea, pool and garden views

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for 12 days. Its just as you see in the photographs. We had a lovely holiday here and loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine and just taking in the wonderful view and sounds. Overall couldn't say anything negative apart from the bathrooms, they are getting a little bit dated and would need a little attention especially the bath and shower, apart from that the overall apartment is very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need, just like home. A new fridge just had been put in recently which kept everything well chilled.The main bedroom has a great view of the sea as you lie in bed!! Hopefully Alexandra you will get a mirror put in the bedrooms, it would be an added touch. It is a lovely walk into town along the sea front, takes about 25mins but for those lazy days there is a regular bus service with a stop just up the road only costs 1 euro into town. In fact you don't need a car as there are buses to all the must see places nearby and the train runs to Lisbon regularly also . The apartment has 24 hour security which also gives you peace of mind. Also across the road there is a supermarket and pastry shop.10 min walk will take you to Lidl. 5 minute walk and you are at Casa da Guia where there are a few shops and lovely restaurants.Everything ran smoothly with Alexandra there to meet us on arrival and show us around. Sorry Alexandra for the rushed departure would loved to have got talking to you more but all being well we will return and stay even longer next time.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful views!

This property was exactly as shown in the photographs. It was clean and well maintained and extremely comfortable for us as a family of four. The manager was helpful with directions to the grocery store and transporation into town. It is about a 25 minute walk from the center of town, but there are some restaurants and stores nearby as well. I would very much recommend this property!

Beautiful place and location

A nice apartment in a perfect location for sports (ocean road for running and bicycling along the coastline). Also the very modern gym with lots of daylight in Quinta da Marinha is only a drive away, various memberships for short or long stay possible.

The apartment itself has great vibes, stunning sea view and is equipped with everything one needs. No noise, from the master bedroom one can access the terrace which means it is possible to sleep with open terrace door to the ocean. Seldom. Furthermore, a very good maid is available on request. The rental agency run by Alexandra is very professional and at the same time personal and welcoming. I stayed here for many weeks and it was a real joy !

Fantastic sea view apartment

We were delighted with the apartment, especially its quiet surroundings with a sea view. We often had sole use of the pool which was well kept in beautiful gardens and we noted that everyone was very respectful of the notice to be quiet. The balcony was large enough for us all to eat out on and all of the facilities inside the apartment were of a high standard as well as being clean. It was excellently located and we walked into Cascais town (15 mins) or drove towards Guincho beach. Overall, you couldn't ask for more.

Next to Pestana Hotel in Cascais. Very close by there is a pastry shop, mini market. news paper shop, hairdresser, banks, free bikes, restaurants and beaches easy to reach.

You can enjoy your holidays choosing to do different things every day, like sports as golf, sailing, kite, windsurf, surf, horse riding or go and visit historical museums, Cascais is away from Sintra or Lisbon only around 30 min, what makes this location very pleasant and special.

It offers two swimming pools, adults and children plus tennis court. It is called the best condominium around, safe and quiet! Garden and pools are well maintained all year around.

Well served by public transports, the 'BusCas' service runs regularly throughout the day to the centre of Cascais, from where there is a regular bus service to Guincho beach 405 and Sintra 403.

Golf: Quinta da Marinha course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is set in a private estate of 110 hectares, wooded with pine trees. The architect has worked on the flat terrain, laying out the course over 6,071 metres for a Par 71.The most spectacular hole on this course is hole number 13, a Par 4 of 339 metres sloping down towards the sea. Once on the green, the golfer has the Atlantic Ocean as background. The whole course is surrounded by beautiful panoramic views. The following hole requires a very precise shot for the ball to cross a cliff and reach a wide but not very deep green.For most of the course, however, the fairways face inland with the beautiful outline of the Sintra mountain range forming their background. Many bunkers and a number of lakes make the player's task even more difficult. Hole number 10, has a green entirely surrounded by water. In 1988 this course hosted the EMS - Ladies Masters, a test which forms part of the Women's Professional European Circuit.

Penha Longa is a fabulous eighteen-hole course situated in Sintra. It forms part of the Protected Landscape Area of Sintra and Cascais.

Robert Trent Jones II, the architect of the course, designed it to best take account of the steeply sloping terrain and excellent views of the surrounding landscape.Its championship characteristics-as well as its excellent level of maintenance-contributed to its being selected, just two years after its inauguration, to host the Portuguese Open Championship.
