Loved the place- seemed newly renovated and very clean.
Our experience was Awesome! The property was perfect for us. Franco was great! We got there a bit late in the evening after an exhaustingly long train ride and Franco was waiting for us at the train station. He was also very quick to respond to any inquiries we had and was very helpful. The place is very cute with all the things you need and the morning views were great!
We loved our stay at Franco's apartment. The location is great. We had everything we needed & the apartment was immaculate. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
Small clean apartment, great location
Franco welcomed us to the apartment with a bottle of his wine.
The apartment is very small, comfortable and clean; about a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a table with chairs on the terrace, that we did not get to use, due to the weather. If we ever get back to Cinque Terre, we would stay here again!
Being steps from Billy's is a bonus as it was one of our favorite meals in Italy.
Franco was a great host.
The apartment is just steps away from Billy, which is the best restaurant in town. We found it easier to walk up the street towards the parking lot because you have less steps. The apartment has everything you need.
Comfy, cozy apartment and great host
We enjoyed our time at this Manarola apartment. Franco is a friendly and attentive host who went the extra mile to research in advance some medical help that I might need and who translated for us at a pharmacy when during a swim I was stung by a jellyfish. The space is small, with no sitting area per se beyond the kitchen table, but it was spotless, and the terrace is a fine spot for morning coffee and late-afternoon happy hour. It is a true climb up the streets and stairs to the apartment, and the reward for that is to be in a quiet corner of town. We recommend this apartment -- and don't miss Billy's Restaurant a few doors down for wonderful food and views.
Lovely small apartment, grateful for the air-conditioning. Franco is a very attentive landlord and met me at the station to help me with my luggage. It's about a 15 minute hike up from the train station and the center of the village. Nice little terrace with small view of the water and the vineyards on the hill opposite. Cinque Terre are charming villages, but I would recommend not going at peak tourist season ( I was there in August and it was incredibly crowded with tourists). The water is delightful for swimming.
