This spacious house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms & stunning sea views
Traditional Portuguese 3 Bedroom property with a large bathroom and separate shower room. All bedrooms have balconies and sea views. It is superbly located 100 metres from the Inatel beach to your left and Fishermans Beach to your right, with great views towards the marina. Tastefully decorated throughout & comprising of two double and one twin bedroom. Fully tiled fitted kitchen, Spacious lounge & seperate dining room. The property can sleep up to 8 people. ( 2 on sofa beds )
This secure property is accessed through a PVC front door immediately up a marble staircase to the first floor with spacious hallway, all the rooms are on this floor, the second flight of stairs leads up to a 40 x 30ft private furnished roof terrace ideal for alfresco dining. Fantastic views over the beach and marina entrance, across to your right. There is also secure gated parking at the side of the property although a car is not necessary in this central location. All three bedrooms plus lounge kitchen & dining room have patio doors leading on to balconies and are fitted with locking shutters.
Close to Beach / Promenade / Old Town : The property is situated in a prime location approximately 100 metres from the top of the escalator which leads directly to the sea front restaurants, beach and the old town square.
It commands views across the old town and beach. It is out of earshot of the lively bars and music of the town centre.

3 bedroom flat close to seaside in Albufeira
Nice and comfortable flat on the first floor of a traditional house, located in a quiet place.
Huge terrace with sea view, nice place for meals and sunshine (even in February!).
The must of the property : ideal location, walking distance from seaside and shops.
We are ready to rent it again!

Great location and very spacious
We stayed here in March and were not lucky with the weather. Because of that we were not able to enjoy the beautiful top floor balcony which I could imagine as being very enjoyable in good weather. The apartment/house is very roomy with three bedrooms and a large living room. It was cold when we were there and the owners supplied heaters.
There is secure outdoor parking which is helpful.
The walk to the escalator was 5 minutes - leads you to the old town. Grocery stores are close by as well.

Nice flat (first floor of a tradional house) + top floor terrace.
Walking distance from the seaside, which is very convenient for old people or children.
Very quiet place in low season.
We recommend it.

The property is a very well located with easy access to the Old Town and the Inatel Beach, just a few minutes walk.
The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed with our needs fully provided. The owner showed an interest and concern to ensure that we had everything we needed for our comfort

Spacious & close to beach and Old Town, perfect!
This accommodation was ideal for our short break to Albuferia. Such a great location, quiet and peaceful with just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and the Old Town. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room for the 7 of us. The views from the terrace are amazing. Can't wait to return next year!
Traditional Portuguese town house superbly located 100 metres from beaches and top of escalator leading to centre of 'Old Town'. Located between the Fishermans and Inatel beaches and less than a couple of minutes walk. Very close to all the restaurants and bars but situated away from the hustle and bustle of night-life.
Golf: Top golf courses are within 15 minutes drive at Vilamoura and Salgados.
The new Algarve Golf Academy is 5 minutes drive and they also have a restaurant and bar, driving range, etc..
