Great new years eve experience
Reception was very friendly and the location was more than excellent. Unfortunately there was not enough blankets for the winter season. Kettle did not work, replaced but also did not work Stove did not work but was replaced within hours - thank you. Our overall experience was good, thank you for the hospitality.

2 very thin bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people.beds were very old and not comfy at all. Property was on a very busy roundabout so was very noisy. Roof terrace is nice with a nice view.
Great location but a little disappointing
Although the property was in an excellent location the property itself could do with a make over. The beds were old, creaky and hard, and having paid extra for a 7th person (even though the property is listed as sleeping 8) we were only provided with enough towels for 6 and the kitchen wasn’t equipped with enough of anything for this amount of people. So we had to do a lot of sharing. Which was a little disappointing for the price that we paid.
Hi Alison, some updating is scheduled for the start of next season, we advertise pricing for 6 persons with a small charge for occupancy up to 8 in order not to penalize smaller groups. We feel the property offers excellent value for money in such a prime location. It is unfortunate that you did not contact Claudia reference the shortage of towels & cutlery as this would have been quickly addressed.
Great location
Very nice location, great views from roof terrace, we arrived at 11an and although check in wasn't until 4pm we were able to leave our cases with Claudia's mother in law who lived below apartment, Claudia very helpful. Apartment a little dated but adequate for our needs. Only downside was put up bed in living room sloped so wasn't much good for 2 people but other from that well worth the money we paid.
Thanks for your 5 star review. The location and views are great and we try our best to help with early arrivals and late departures. It is a traditional rather than modern Property. I found it better for each person to sleep on opposite sides of the sofa rather than made into a bed and there is another sofa bed in one of the rooms that can be moved anywhere. Also, great value for money as you said. Welcome back any time.
Needs updating
We have just returned home from a weekend stay in this apartment. Very disappointed. Needs a bit of work to update this apartment. The beds were all very hard and uncomfortable, no air conditioning and the the balcony door in one bedroom didn't open to allow any air in. Toaster didn't work, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, lots of bulbs out so very dingy, handles missing off drawers, broken chairs in kitchen. On the plus side, great location and lots of hot water but we wouldn't want to return to this apartment
We are sorry to hear of these issues, unfortunately bed types are of personal preference and it is difficult to accommodate all tastes. We do not advertise air-conditioning as the property is very airy with 2 patio doors & balconies in each room, in close proximity to the sea. We plan to check out the concerns raised as the majority of clients enjoy this spacious property with its superb location & amazing sea views.

Traditional Portuguese town house superbly located 100 metres from beaches and top of escalator leading to centre of 'Old Town'. Located between the Fishermans and Inatel beaches and less than a couple of minutes walk. Very close to all the restaurants and bars but situated away from the hustle and bustle of night-life.
Golf: Top golf courses are within 15 minutes drive at Vilamoura and Salgados.
The new Algarve Golf Academy is 5 minutes drive and they also have a restaurant and bar, driving range, etc..
