Perfectly located in Canada Water and Central London. The Pump House was converted in 2002 and extends over 4 floors. It's arranged with a neutral décor and a subtle African theme.

The top floor (3rd floor) is penthouse style with a king size bed & en suite, sky lights and small roof terrace. Total size is approx 30sqm

The ground floor room has bi-folding doors which lead into a lovely private decked garden with a BBQ.

The whole house can accommodate up to 10 people (two per room).

The gated property has parking and a walkway to the Canada Water tube station, which makes it ultra convenient for Central London, Stratford and the Olympic Village.

The ground floor, kitchen and lounge have wooden floors and double doors onto the courtyard which captures the evening sun.

We are the Andela's which consists of my wife Nicky, our daughter Lily and myself Nic.

I am an anaesthetic doctor, Nicky is a physiotherapist and Lily a Year 2 school goer.

We hope you will have an unbelievable stay in our wonderful house which is so conveniently located.

The Pump House has always drawn the most amazing people together over the years and has always forms the greatest friendships.

Not only is it a great spot, but allows you such easy and convenient access to the best sites London offers!

Initially it houses a bunch of dr's at a local hospital but now is a brilliant resting and holiday place for yourself.

We are great hosts and there will always be someone to meet and welcome you when you arrive. So feel rest assured.

What makes this house unique

We are literally a 1 minute walk to the Canada Water Jubilee tube line which gives you great East and West access to Stratford and Central London. Not only does it offer access in these directions, but offers you North and South access to the Overland line which travels to Liverpool street and New Cross and beyond.

We are also only 20 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and another 5 minutes from London Bridge.

The house is extremely comfortable over four levels, with a relaxing decking with bi folding doors.

There is also safe off street parking within or private estate with magnetic card access.

The location is great, the Tube is within minutes along with buses. The Pump House was wonderful!

We loved the Pump House! The location was great with the Tube right around the corner along with Bus Service and groceries and restaurants. We had 10 people in our party and it was a wonderful way to start the day with breakfast and head out, return in the evening for dinner or to relax. Nic and Nicky have thought of everything, we would love to come back and this is going to be our place to stay! Highly recommend to families or groups of friends! Thanks for having us!

Christmas in London

As our family is quite large (there are 8 of us - all adults), when looking for a house to rent for our holiday we were not only looking for somewhere clean, in a good location, and within budget, but somewhere that we could all stay without feeling overly crowded.

The pumphouse met all of these requirements and more! It was an extremely comfortable the house, even with the 8 of us we never found ourselves wishing for more space. The house itself was clean and well stocked (meaning cooking a Christmas roast was much easier than expected!) and with additional personal touches (such as Christmas lights and a Christmas tree) it felt more like we were in a home than a rented house. On top of all of this, the location could not be better! With the Juiblee line, overground, and a major bus station right outside the door, travelling around London could not have been easier!

Finding the Pumphouse for our stay helped make our trip the success that it was. We would love to stay again for the next family gathering!

Charming, well-appointed home in a desirable location

My family and I stayed at 16 Pump House Rd over Thanksgiving week 2017. There were 6 of us: my husband and I, our two teenage boys, my mom and my brother. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything! The pictures do not do the home justice. The kitchen has everything you need to make a Thanksgiving feast for the family. You are literally steps away from the Canada Water Jubilee tube line (which as far as I am concerned can get you everywhere in London proper).

There is a large grocery store (Tesco) maybe a 1/4 of a mile from the home. There is a smaller grocery around the corner (Sainsbury).

We found a couple of wonderful pubs within walking distance of the home. We particularly enjoyed Mayflower (on more than one occasion)! Great food and a very charming atmosphere.

We have been home almost a week and are still talking about what an unbelievable stay we had. You will certainly be pleased with this wonderful gem of a property! Thank you Nic and Nicky!!

Spacious lovely home in a brilliant location

I housed my US-based family in this wonderful home when they visited London to attend my wedding. The house was spacious, very clean, and included everything you could possibly need while on holiday. The location was perfect for trips into central London, with most amenities within walking distance. The owners were very friendly, and ensured that the property was set up to accommodate family members of all ages. I would definitely use this property again.

Perfect place to call home when in London!

Thank you so much for such an incredible place to stay during our visit to London. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Canada Water tube station and the markets. The house was just the right size for our group of seven. We had a fabulous time in London - we enjoyed seeing so many sights, the weather was absolutely perfect and it was a wonderful place to return to at the end of a very busy day. Thank you again! Should we ever return, we will definitely try to stay at the Pump House again!

Very clean and comfortable

The Pump House is a charming converted water pumping station with original features, cobbles, towers and old rail tracks located in Rotherhithe - zone 2, which is very close to central London and close to the 2012 Olympic centre. There is a large courtyard with parking available. The house has a private walk way to the Canada Water tube station (Jubilee tube line), which is less than a minute from the front door. Canada water will give you direct access to Stratford station and the 2012 Olympic Park in 10 minutes.

You will also be 15 minutes from central London - Bond Street on the same tube line.

The property is positioned between Southwark Park to the south and the Thames River to the north.

The Mayflower and Angel Pub's are also with 5-10 minutes walk from the house on the River Thames. The Mayflower ship in 1620 and it's passengers were to become the most famous Americans ever, the Pilgrim Fathers.

The Brunel Museum is also close by and shows where the first River Thames Tunnel was constructed.
