It has a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom, kitchen / living room, balcony and private parking. It is in the condominium of Port Royal, in the heart of Grau du Roi (Old Town, left bank). The condominium includes tennis, wooded areas and adjoins the shops.

In addition to numerous criteria has followed to obtain the 3 key holidays, apartment has internet access, free phone, 106HD screen. Freebox Revolution will play DVDs and Blu-ray. There is also the Canal + channels, CanalSat, Bein 1 and 2, Sport pack and pack cinema. Sheets are provided.

Notes:
There are 8 steps to access the lift, making access for the disabled difficult. Similarly, the shower is very narrow for a wheelchair user. A person with reduced mobility can be comfortable in the apartment, but it will depend on the degree of disability.

Excellent séjour

Location conforme à la présentation. Trés bien équipée (et tout fonctionne !!) Situation idéale proche de tout. Propriétaire fiable et arrangeant. Accueil du gardien sur place très chaleureux et sympathique.

En bref, location à recommander.

Séjour super sympa, appartement très agréable et très confortable, super bien équipé, tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances ou tout simplement pour se reposer.

Appartement au calme et très bien situé, à 5mn du centre ville et à 5 mn de la plage. A réserver sans hésitation,

Appartement super équipé au Grau du Roi

Famille composée de deux adultes et un enfant de 6 ans.

Cette location est très bien située, à 5 minutes des commerces, du centre ville et de la plage. Vous pouvez vous rendre au seaquarium à pied en 10 min par la promenade en bord de mer ainsi qu'au babyland (petit parc d'attractions pour enfants) et mini golf.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien.

Très bel appartement

Nous rentrons d'une semaine passée dans cet appartement d'un grand confort, où rien ne manque et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Tout a été pensé pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison. Nos garçons ont adoré la vue sur les chevaux dans le parc en face de la loggia. Excellent accueil du gardien, lui et sa femme ont toujours un petit mot pour vous. Très proche des commerces et du centre ville ainsi que de la plage, bref une location à recommander !
