Deer Close cottage provides light and airy very comfortable accommodation for 2 people in a striking location in the Borrowdale valley just outside Keswick. The cottage occupies a superb elevated position overlooking the beautiful Borrowdale Valley.

The cottage is accessed via the large doorway from the patio area , leading into the open plan kitchen and dining room. This room has splendid views from the windows looking across to the fells and down the Borrowdale valley. The well equipped kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer shelf, dishwasher and microwave. A doorway leads off from the dining area to the second patio area. There is a separate boiler room housing the boiler and washer/dryer.

The tastefully decorated bedroom has zip and link king sized bed ( can be a twin if required) and windows with views to the rear of the cottage. The modern bathroom has washbasin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail and window to the rear with views of the woodland.

Accommodation continued: The lounge has comfortable seating, flat screen wall mounted TV, DVD player and CD radio. The double aspect windows provide lovely fell views.

Outside: Outside there are two patio areas with table and chairs and sitting out area providing superb views to the fells. The adjacent owner's garden is delightful to look out upon and wildlife can often seen in the woods at the rear.
