Very clean and comfy!

  • 5 of 5

The longer I stayed, the better I liked it! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Very responsive owner and manager. The decor is an intriguing mix of antiques, ultra contemporary and southern charm that works great together! I kept finding unexpected little bits of charm in every nook. The location is right on the square of this quaint quiet little town. I enjoyed it! Sandy from Knoxville

Great apartment

  • 5 of 5

This is such a nice, comfortable apartment. Would easily accommodate up to 4 people. Convenient parking and accessibility. You have stores and eating within walking distance. The apartment is well decorated, clean, and beds are comfortable. One of our favorite rentals. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Cute and Cozy in Tennessee

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was so cute for our 2 1/2 week stay. The only negative was the guests staying above us the last weekend were very , very noisy...this is no reflection on the place though. It was a good central location for our purposes, which were to explore all that the Cookeville area has to offer. We ended up finding a house to buy in Cookeville and will be moving there this spring.

Home Away From Home :-)

  • 4 of 5

We were so happy to find a place to stay nearby our family. The apartment was the next best thing to being at home ... definitely recommend over the hotels we've stayed at before in Cookeville. We will definitely book again for our next trip!
