Brand new and high finished apartment situated in a tranquil residential area, close to the centre of St Julian’s.

This third floor unit comprises of a modern designed layout with top quality furniture and comforts, consisting of an open plan with a fully equipped branded kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave oven and all utilities, combined with a spacious dining and living area featuring leather sofa, air conditioner, LCD TV, free Internet connection with wifi, and a back terrace. A utility room with an automatic washing machine, a good size bathroom supplied with a 100lts water heater and good water pressure, a spare double bedroom with two single beds (air-conditioned) and a master bedroom with en-suite shower (air-conditioned)-

This property has a south-facing bacony (with outdoor furniture) and is equipped with double glazing apertures, security door and fire safety equipment and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The location of this apartment block is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but still very close (about 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bus). Walking during the night is very safe and buses are frequent.

The area is a safe and tranquil residential area surrounded by all mayor day to day amenities close by and within walking distance such as banks, grocers, pharmacies, butcher, gym, tennis court, hairdressers, beauticians, restaurants and bus stops.

The block itself is modern and very comfortable and it has an elevator. It’s family owned and well taken care of with regular maintenance. Excellent customer service is our priority.

Parking is freely available on the street.

On the island you will find various activities for all likings, from scuba diving, golf, snorkeling, sports, museums, churches, jeep safaris, excursions, feasts, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.

Great Place and away from the noise

We stayed at the Olive for 28 nights and it more than suited our needs.

For 12 nights we were joined by another adult couple and we had ample space for the 4 adults. The second bathroom really made things so much more convenient! The rooms are very big and for us, it quickly became " home". The air conditioning was also very capable of cooing the apartment down quickly so TURN IT OFF when you go out and be environmentally responsible!

We found the location to be perfect, close to grocers, buses, and the hustle and bustle of Paceville if that's your thing. St. George's beach was a 15 minute walk which was great.

Claudia looked after our needs and was available for help or guidance whenever we texted her - even when she was out of the country.

She arranged for Tony to pick us up and as a result, he and Charlie supplied us with any taxi needs that came up. In fact, we hired Charlie for half a day at a very fair hourly rate to take us to some of the out of the way places.

Overall, we were pleased and we would recommend the Olive Flats to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Malta.

Comfortable apartment, convenient for Paceville nightlife

The apartment is in Swieqi which is close to the nightclub area of Paceville but in a quiet suburban street. Free parking is avaliable on the street. We found the apartment was clean and as described with a modern well equipped kitchen. The 2 single beds in the second room seemed small (although probably standard size) and are more suited to children than adults. Claudia was very helpful and provided us with much local information. Paceville is an easy walk but Sliema (to get ferry to Valetta) is quite a hike. There is a bus stop nearby with regular services to and/or connections to almost anywhere on the island. I would recommend hiring a car for use in Malta, especially as Swieqi is away from the main tourist areas and there are some interesting out of the way places to visit on the island. A large supermarket is within walking distance and smaller shops are in the surrounding streets. This apartment is very good value provided you are not expecting to be in the middle of the tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay.

Convienent and clean family apartment

Claudia was a great host and made us feel very welcome - we got plenty of recommendations on things to see and do and even got to borrow a beach umbrella for our daughter. We will definitely come again.

Well equipped, conveniently located, quiet & clean

We are a family of 5, we stayed in the flat for a week and were really impressed with the flat in terms of cleanliness, how spacious it was and facilities. The flat was well situated, near local shops and a playground. The flat was quiet overnight, and cool. We were able to reach all the beaches/towns we wanted to see easily from this location. The owners are very helpful and friendly and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung! Claudia war von Anfang an sehr bemüht und wir konnten Sie jederzeit erreichen. Eine außerordentlich nette und freundliche Person. Die Wohnung war geräumig, sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war auf dem aktuellsten Stand! Es sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir empfehlen die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter!

Located just 1.2km or a short walking distance of just under 15min from the main entertaining and business hub of St Julian's, Paceville and Portomaso where one can easily find swimming areas, international restaurants, casinos, clubs and spas to mention a few.

The town of Swieqi, a tranquil residential area, with a excellent neighbourhood. This part of the island is perfectly located for those who would like to enjoy themselves but at the same time return to a peaceful environment which is not too far or out of the way. Swieqi caters for all the daily needs and can easily be reached by walk such as grocers, butcher, fishmonger, stationeries, DVD shop, playing fields, tennis courts, church, banks, petrol station and much more. Access to other town around the island is very easy bus stops are near by and ATM machines are available as well. With regards to security Malta in general is very safe and this area is one of the safest, walking at any time of the day and night is possible.
