This lovely, cosy house has been recently refurbished and sits only a few minutes away form the main square. It offers a nice and light sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The first floor has an ensuite bathroom with shower, 2 connected bedrooms, ideal for parents with small children. This room is open to the stairs leading to the second floor where room 3 is. This bedroom has very nice views and 2 single beds. Outside there is a great porch area, perfect to enjoy nice meals, both during the day or at night. There is also a good size terrace and a piece of garden with a plunge pool. There is also a laundry and storage room. There are parking possibilities at the house.

Cosy, sunny house near the center of Sóller

Comfortable, quiet and central.

We stayed here in September 2012 (the calendar didn't allow me to go back this far!), myself, husband and two year old son.

The location is excellent - quiet yet central. The garden is the best part with plenty of shade. The raised pool and gates meant that our son could roam free plus there were toys available to play with (he also made friends with the local kids next door!).

The kitchen is pretty well equipped and there is a decent sized supermarket within walking distance.

The stairs are completely open inside with a big drop from the first floor which made us a bit nervous with a toddler, but as he was in a cot at night it was manageable. If you had older kids I would bring a travel gate for their room. The house had no air conditioning but the fans did a good job.

We would return!

Super city house with very cosy garden

We really enjoyed staying in the house. The house is authentic, romantic and is well functioning with everything all basic requirements. The house is nice and cool when it is hot outside but a can be a little challenging to heat up out of season.

Location wise it is nearly perfect. At every window there is mountain view and when you sit in the garden in the evenings, you can sometimes spot the 100 year old train. The fresh oranges in the garden and other fruit trees and herbs serve as an excellent addition to the cooking. Everything is very clean and cosy.

Facilities with regards to laundry is also working great as well as the entire kitchen.

Parking can be a little challenging if you have a rented a wide car, but parking in the street only 50 meters away from the house worked out fine and we did not have anyone scratching our car.

The only things to be aware of are if you are traveling with kids is that the stairs are not protected and the garden is only semi-attached. However, there is almost no trafic between the garden and house.

As mentioned the garden is extreemly cosy and clean. Really a textbook example of good garden architecture. A BBQ in the garden would grade it 10 out of 10.

The service from the rental company was also great. We had some problems with the shower cabin, but that was the only very minor problem we experienced.

It only takes about 10 mins to walk to town (in real minuttes), which is recommended instead of using the car as you will not have to spend time on finding a parking lot in town. Most of the road is narrow and take good care of kids as cars are driving really fast close to the old, romantic but only ½ m walk way.

Soller is absoluttely great and I am sure that we are coming back.

Everyting with regards to booking, payment, recieving the key and overall contact to the rental company contact was second to none. No problems what so ever and we felt welcome all the time.

This house gives you a feeling of ( a perfect) home!!

The owner made a lot of effort for the interior with beautiful details !!

The kitchen is very Well equipment and the Bbq is perfect to Cook a Nice diner at home.

everything you need for kids is also included!

Soller is a one of the nicest places on Mallorca.

The beach nearby in port the Soller is also very Nice!

If you book this villa you won't regret! Thank you for the Nice stay!

The beautiful Sóller village is nestled in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range. The Plaza (main town square) is alive all year round and full of nice and good priced bars, restaurants and shops. At the so well known Train Station, with permanent Picasso and Miró exhibitions, you can catch the little tram to Puerto de Sóller and enjoy further nice restaurants, were good paellas and fresh fish are served. And you can also take the train to Palma, which is actually a must do if you visit the valley for the first time. Sóller is very close to very nice villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Deià and is a good starting point for many walking routes along the Tramuntana or the NW coast.

Golf: There is a golf course, Son Termens, 20 minutes away from Sóller.
