This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

We stayed at this apartment over New Years Eve and what a week !!

We loved staying in this lovely apartment and the views were amazing.

Can't wait to come back soon. Highly recommended but be prepared for the stairs.

Wow fabulous place great location

The Appartment is specious and well payed out. Sitting room away from the bedroom so no need to be quite because someone is in bed. Very high standard. Location is perfect. The street goes quiet at about 11 so a good night sleep. Would book again most definitely.

Could do with coasters as the furniture is so lovely.

You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment right on the Royal Mile. We looked out over the Mile but the apartment was still very quiet. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great big clean apartment in the thick of it. Lots of space and light right on the Royal mile. Bedrooms have double glazed windows so no problems sleeping. Kitchen fully fitted for the occasional meal in. Shahid very responsive and courteous. Great Basecamp for exploring Edinburgh!

Overall very good experience

This is a great location and a very nice apartment. Almost everything worked perfectly and the place was clean and comfortable. Shahid provided clear and concise directions for how to get in and how to use everything correctly. Being located right on the Royal Mile was really fun with the only downside being some noise in the middle of night, but this was not a big deal to us.

Our only complaint is that there was a broken headboard on one bed and the wifi never worked well. The wifi was the bigger issue for us as we did not wish to use cellular service and were counting on this connectivity for planning. Unfortunately, Shahid did not have a solution for how to correct the problem.

Still, we recommend the place for your stay in Edinburgh.

Owner's Response: Hi Kate I am sorry for the wifi issue. There is no fibre optic broadband in the city centre of Edinburgh (hard to believe, I know). There are plans to have this available soon.... Consequently, we only have a slow speed and with the number of people using the service in the city centre, it does become interrupted from time to time. The headboard will be fixed this week. Amazing Apartment and fantastic location

Couldn't have asked for a better apartment! The apartment was beyond our expectation - spacious, comfortable clean and perfect location. I visited Edinbrough with my mother, father, husband and little boy and we all agreed as soon as we walked in that it was 'wow'. It was definitely homely and the location in the centre meant that we could come and go throughout the day without worrying about transport or where to eat. Of course there were plenty of places to eat out and drink nearby if one wished to and we certainly visited these as well including the many coffee shops for the perfect coffee and pit stop. We loved the character of the area and I found a little place at the bottom near Holyrood Palace for a little run each morning which made me a happy Ladd 🏃‍♀️.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

We had a fantastic time in Edinburgh. The apartment was clean, large and well appointed. The location was convenient to everything and we were able to walk and hike everywhere. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting.
