Duplex 1.2 and 3 bedrooms, located in quiet residential with a superb and privileged location, with spectacular sea views, the Natural Park beaches of Papagayo and the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. Located in front of the sea, 3 km from Playa Blanca and close to Puerto Marina Rubicon. The nearest beach, Playa de Las Coloradas, is within five minutes walk. The beaches of Papagayo are a 10 minute drive and a 20-minute walk.

Our duplexes are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. They have complete bed linen and bath, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, full kitchen, TV and patio furniture. Downstairs the house has a spacious living room furnished with a couch, two comfortable single seats and coffee table; dining for 6, integrated kitchen bar makes separation between the kitchen and dining room, a shower room, laundry with drying rack, furnished with deck chairs, table chairs and umbrella, and private garden. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. Each house is assigned its parking space. The resort features a solarium and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

Residential complex known for its tranquility, comfort, excellent location and its views of the beaches of Papagayo and the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. At a distance of 3 km is the village of Playa Blanca, connected through an avenue that runs along the coast ideal for walking or cycling, jogging, etc.

Less than 500 meters away is the Puerto Marina Rubicon, sports to practice water sports (sailing, kayaking, diving, etc.) and the enjoyment of shops, restaurants and craft market dock.

Other areas of interest nearby: El Golfo, Los Hervideros Janubio salt flats, are places of interest to visit at any time, at sunset, near Playa Blanca, for what renting a car or bike is recommended.

Great location! Nearest beach is about 500m east, more sandy ones like Papagayo are around 45min

Also close to the marina with cosy restaurants. Apartment is little older style, but the view and location guarantees perfact vacations.

The perfect place to stay in Lanzarote

Very good position - ocean view from the terrace and balcony, closed to Papagayo beaches, supermarket near-by, private parking place.

Well equipped, spacious and clean. Ideal for beaches, walks, runs and other sports, or just relaxation.

Cristina and Isabel organized everything perfectly, recommended us a place where we could buy fresh fish, were always available when needed.

Shortly, it was the perfect accommodation for us, thanks a lot, Cristina and Isabel!

Aangenaam verblijf in Las Moreras

De 1-slaapkamer app. bestaat uit een lange smalle benedenverdieping met alles aanwezig en dan een trap naar 1e verdieping met badkamer en slaapkamer, ook compleet.

Een klein terras met 4 stoelen en 2 ligbedden met wandelboulevard redelijk direct ervoor, maar voor ons niet hinderlijk en uitzicht op Fuerteventura met boten e.d.

Dichtbij de nieuwe haven van Playa Blanca: Rubicon met horeca en shopping; goed te doen lopend. Ook lopend naar de playas Papagayo (half uurtje).

Er was totaal geen documentatie in het app., via email hadden we wel een telefoonnr. Er heeft zich niemand ook gemeld en we redden ons wel, dus ook geen contact gezocht. Er is een zwembad, maar onduidelijk tav gebruik en zijn er niet geweest.

Bij verlaten hebben we het huis achter gelaten zoals bij aankomst.

De deposit / borg werd na 1 week netjes terug geboekt.

The complex, which consists of 37 duplex, is very quiet and nice and has a solarium, private parking and 2 swimming pools (children and adults). Each duplex has a terrace and private garden. Very well it located, connected to the town of Playa Blanca through an avenue that runs along the coastline (approximately 3 km away), travel ideal for walking or cycling do. Cycling, diving, trekking, mountain biking, sailing, running, fishing, etc.): ideal for sports such area.

Approximately 1 km you will find the Puerto Marina Rubicon, where many restaurants, shops, bars and craft market twice a week.

Natural and protected from Beaches of Papagayo Park is about 2 km away.

Area with the best climate and the best beaches on the island.
