Duplex of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms, located in very quiet residential with an unbeatable and privileged location, with spectacular views of the sea, the Natural Park of the Papagayo Beaches and the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. Located on the seafront, 3 km from the town of Playa Blanca and very close to Puerto Marina Rubicon. The nearest beach, Playa de Las Coloradas, is less than 5 minutes away on foot. The Papagayo Beaches are a 10-minute drive away and a 20-minute walk away.

Our duplexes are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. They have full bed and bath linen, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kitchenware, TV and terrace furniture. On the ground floor the house consists of a spacious living room furnished with an armchair, two comfortable single chairs and low table; dining room for 6 people, integrated bar in the kitchen that separates the kitchen from the dining room, a toilet with shower, utility room with drying rack, terrace furnished with hammocks, chairs and umbrella table, and private garden. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. Each house has its parking space assigned. The complex has a solarium and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

Residential complex characterized by its tranquility, comfort, excellent location and its views of the beaches of Papagayo and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. At a distance of 3km is the town of Playa Blanca, connected by an avenue that runs along the coast, ideal for walking on foot or by bicycle, jogging, etc.

Less than 500 meters away is the Puerto Marina Rubicón, sports dock for water sports (sailing, kayaking, diving, etc.) and the enjoyment of shops, restaurants and craft market.

Other nearby areas of interest: El Golfo, Los Hervideros, Salinas del Janubio, are places of interest to visit at any time, at dusk, near Playa Blanca, for which the rental of a car or bicycle is recommended.

So peaceful

Apartment was lovley. So big and very clean and peaceful. A few of the neighbours stayed long term and we're so nice and friendly. Victoria who arrived with the keys was also very pleasant . Yes I would recommend these apartment and hope yo return again soon.

gorgeous location and wonderful apartment

i came over many time to stay with my grandparents whom lived in 103. The views are amazing, from our terrace we could clearly see fuerteventura, the castle and even the marina. Watching the ferries go by was our favourite!

The house itself was gorgeous, fitted 7 of us in perfectly and had everything we needed. The pool is great, having the kids pool definitely helped with a 4 year old!

Easy access to darada and papagayo beach, you can walk to either one or hire a car. We had a dog whom loved the cliff top walk over to papagayo and the cafe on the point!

Thoroughly enjoyed every stay (there must have been around 20+) and am planning to come out myself in the future. thank you for many memories and happy holidays.

Clean apartment on beautiful location!

The apartment we stayed in has a truly magnificent view of the Ocean, Fuerteventura and the Castillo de Las Coloradas. With just a small garden separating the terrace from the footpath and the ocean, you can watch the people jogging to and fro in the morning and the ships and ferries sailing by.

The apartment is exactly as described, clean and well taken care of by Victoria. Parking is no problem and there is a Superdino at walking distance. The swimming pool is quiet and it is now protected by a glass 'fence' to protect children. Within a few hundred meters there are also stairs that give access to the ocean for swimming. With goggles you can observe the most beautiful fish (similar to the ones at Papagayo Beach).

We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again if we come to Lanzarote in the future.

The complex, which consists of 37 duplex, is very quiet and nice and has a solarium, private parking and 2 swimming pools (children and adults). Each duplex has a terrace and private garden. Very well it located, connected to the town of Playa Blanca through an avenue that runs along the coastline (approximately 3 km away), travel ideal for walking or cycling do. Cycling, diving, trekking, mountain biking, sailing, running, fishing, etc.): ideal for sports such area.

Approximately 1 km you will find the Puerto Marina Rubicon, where many restaurants, shops, bars and craft market twice a week.

Natural and protected from Beaches of Papagayo Park is about 2 km away.

Area with the best climate and the best beaches on the island.
