Duplex 1.2 and 3 bedrooms, located in quiet residential with a superb and privileged location, with spectacular sea views, the Natural Park beaches of Papagayo and the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. Located in front of the sea, 3 km from Playa Blanca and close to Puerto Marina Rubicon. The nearest beach, Playa de Las Coloradas, is within five minutes walk. The beaches of Papagayo are a 10 minute drive and a 20-minute walk.

Our duplexes are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. They have complete bed linen and bath, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, full kitchen, TV and patio furniture. Downstairs the house has a spacious living room furnished with a couch, two comfortable single seats and coffee table; dining for 6, integrated kitchen bar makes separation between the kitchen and dining room, a shower room, laundry with drying rack, furnished with deck chairs, table chairs and umbrella, and private garden. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. Each house is assigned its parking space. The resort features a solarium and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

Residential complex known for its tranquility, comfort, excellent location and its views of the beaches of Papagayo and the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. At a distance of 3 km is the village of Playa Blanca, connected through an avenue that runs along the coast ideal for walking or cycling, jogging, etc.

Less than 500 meters away is the Puerto Marina Rubicon, sports to practice water sports (sailing, kayaking, diving, etc.) and the enjoyment of shops, restaurants and craft market dock.

Other areas of interest nearby: El Golfo, Los Hervideros Janubio salt flats, are places of interest to visit at any time, at sunset, near Playa Blanca, for what renting a car or bike is recommended.

The Playa Blanca area is characterized by good weather throughout the year and its natural beaches of fine yellow sand Papagayo area to which you can access by car, on foot or mountain bike.

So peaceful

Apartment was lovley. So big and very clean and peaceful. A few of the neighbours stayed long term and we're so nice and friendly. Victoria who arrived with the keys was also very pleasant . Yes I would recommend these apartment and hope yo return again soon.

gorgeous location and wonderful apartment

i came over many time to stay with my grandparents whom lived in 103. The views are amazing, from our terrace we could clearly see fuerteventura, the castle and even the marina. Watching the ferries go by was our favourite!

The house itself was gorgeous, fitted 7 of us in perfectly and had everything we needed. The pool is great, having the kids pool definitely helped with a 4 year old!

Easy access to darada and papagayo beach, you can walk to either one or hire a car. We had a dog whom loved the cliff top walk over to papagayo and the cafe on the point!

Thoroughly enjoyed every stay (there must have been around 20+) and am planning to come out myself in the future. thank you for many memories and happy holidays.

Clean apartment on beautiful location!

The apartment we stayed in has a truly magnificent view of the Ocean, Fuerteventura and the Castillo de Las Coloradas. With just a small garden separating the terrace from the footpath and the ocean, you can watch the people jogging to and fro in the morning and the ships and ferries sailing by.

The apartment is exactly as described, clean and well taken care of by Victoria. Parking is no problem and there is a Superdino at walking distance. The swimming pool is quiet and it is now protected by a glass 'fence' to protect children. Within a few hundred meters there are also stairs that give access to the ocean for swimming. With goggles you can observe the most beautiful fish (similar to the ones at Papagayo Beach).

We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again if we come to Lanzarote in the future.

not clean enough :-(

Unfortunately to the last ratings we have to downgrade our rating. Here are the reasons:

-We have to subtract one star for the insufficient cleanness.The WCs were not cleaned well enough.We found a piece of broken glass on the floor in our daughter's bedroom. Our night tabel was very filthy, maybe a coffee was dumped and the remainings were not brushed away.

The floor was dirty, in the end we have cleaned the WC and the floor ourselves(It took 3 hours), the wastewater was deeply black. Our photos can prove it.

- We complained about the cleanness immediately - and here we have to substract another star, the reply from our main contact took about 24 hours, that is certainly too long :-(. Our local contact (not ultimately responsible) hardly spoke English :-(

-The furniture of the kitchen was really nice, but this is an exception, the other equipment was rather ordinary, we expected more comfort for such a rental price, so we have to substract one star.

-Two stars for the really nice neighborhood and the house itself. If it had been clean and the communication had been okay, we would have recommend the accommodation.

Magnífica estancia en Lanzarote

Estupendo dúplex de 2 dormitorios. El apartamento tiene 2 cuartos de baño en buen estado y una cocina bien equipada.Está en un complejo muy tranquilo y bien cuidado. Tiene una piscina grande y otra pequeña para niños pequeñitos y nunca están abarrotadas ya que el complejo es pequeño.

La situación del complejo es perfecta. Tiene salida directa al enorme paseo marítimo y caminando diez minutos llegas a puerto marina rubicón,complejo lleno de restaurantes y bares.Se encuentra muy cerca de las playas del papagayo que son increíbles. También está muy cerca de las playas de playa blanca que son también muy bonitas,destacando playa dorada con todos los servicios necesarios.

La descripción del anuncio coincide con la realidad.Los propietarios son amables y por supuesto recomendaríamos el mismo sin dudarlo.

Al propietario le hemos indicado un par de desperfectos propios del uso para que sean corregidos y se mantenga el correcto funcionamiento de todas las instalaciones.( grifo de la cocina y caldera que funcionaban pero tenían pequeñas deficiencias).
