This ground floor apartment has a very comfy and spacious feel. We (the owners) stay in this apartment several times a year, consequently it has everything we can think of to make this more like a home from home rather than a holiday let. Located off the central courtyard with its quiet seating area surrounded by plenty of mature trees, plants and greenery the apartment is also situated centrally, between the two pool areas. Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and contemporary furnished and very well equipped with a spacious patio area which enjoys sun throughout the day with outdoor dining for four and plenty of additional space for sun bathing.
This apartment is registered with the on-site letting agents and therefore complies with tourist board regulations.
We have equipped the apartment with everything we think you are likely to need to make you stay a safe, relaxed and enjoyable one. This includes for example:
1. Welcome pack on arrival which includes tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, biscuits ,washing up liquid and soap.
2. Free use of the security safe
3. Satellite TV with lots of English channels including Sky sports.
4. DVD player, CD player and radio
5. All the chinaware, glassware and cutlery you could possibly need.
6. A selection of board games and playing cards plus a small selection of books are located in the sideboard cupboard.
7. There are two single fold away “z-beds” which means that the apartment can sleep 4 persons.
8. Cots, high chairs and changing mats are available for families with younger children.free of charge
9. We linclude Beach Towels as part of the linen package - linen is change each week
10. Laundry - iron, ironing board, dryng stand. There is an on-site laundry
11. Telephone in apartment - see owners office for costs.
12. WiFi access available (separate charge)
13. Cushion mats available for use by the pool and various beach items including sun parasols also available
14. Well equipped kitchen - Micowave, 4 hop Oven and large fridge frezer, toaster, coffe machine kettle
There is also a laundry room on-site which contains washing machines and dryers. The pools are patrolled by a life guard from 10.00am to 6pm.There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols by the pool so beds are nearly always available.
A security guard patrols the complex at night to ensure noise is kept to a minimum and for general security around the complex.
We wanted a holiday home for our own personal use and to rent out to similar minded people when the apartment was free. Consequently the apartment is equipped to a high standard and extremely well maintained.

The complex is very quiet, well maintained and enjoys mature planting throughout. The apartment is a spacious one bedroom apartment with a large balcony with space for outdoor dining and sunbathing which enjoys the sun from mid morning onwards.
Regularly used by the owners themselves the apartment is extremely well equipped and is also visited by a number of regular clients who also treat the apartment with respect. Guests can expect a well appointed and equipped apartment with lots of extras including information packs and a courtesy call to ensure your enjoy the best stay possible.

Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your apartment. Your apartment is lovely and spacious and has everything you need, a complete home from home. It was also a nice touch to have a welcome pack and was greatly appreciated. Lovely large balcony which not only included table and chairs but also wonderful comfy sun loungers. The complex is very clean and quiet, just what Gordon and I needed to re-charge our batteries.
The apartment is situated only about 2 mins to the nearest bars and restaurants. Plenty of choice. The New Yorker as recommended by you was really good as was the Over Seas. There are so many bars and restaurants on your doorstep that there is no need to venture far.
Gordon and I always go to Costa Adeje every April and this was a lovely surprise and will definitely contact you again next year.

This is a very nice apartment on a clean safe and quiet complex close to supermarkets and fine restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Ideal place for couples with 2 separate swimming pools and would recommend this apartment for an ideal break
Fantastic apartment.it was very clean, the rooms are spacious, the balcony a very good size for relaxing on sunbeds.
Overall it has all you need, utensils, facilities and crockery etc.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at David and Nicole's apartment in Los Christianos. All the facilities you could hope for were in the apartment and the wider complex offers two decent size pools and a water filter machine which saves carrying those heavy plastic bottles back from the supermarket. There were lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the locale and even more when you ventured on foot to other parts of Los Christianos and beyond.
We normally rent a car but this time we found it fine using a transfer facility from the airport suggested by David which was great value, as was the public bus service where we visited various places around the island.
Definitely would recommend and will use again next time we visit Tenerife. Great follow up call from David checking that all was ok while we were there.
We booked this apartment on homeaway website for our 2 week stay in Tenerife. We visit Tenerife 2-3 times a year, and I have to say the service and the information given to us by David was by far the best we have every received when booking a selfcatering holiday. The apartment has everything you need, David and Nicole seem to have thought of everything right down to beach towels! The bedroom is very spacious, and my husband kept commenting on how comfy the bed was (he usually finds the beds on holiday very uncomfy). Overall it was a very good holiday, and we have David and Nicole to thank for helping to making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment, we liked it so much we are returning in December!
First of all we would like to thank David and Nicole for allowing us to use their apartment and for all the help and support we received from them before we went.
The apartment was everything they said it would be, a real home from home, with everything in it that we could possibly need.
The apartment is located on an excellent complex- all the people living there and all the staff are very friendly and also made us feel 'at home'.
It is located on a steep hill but we knew this prior to us travelling and being that we dont have any mobility issues did not cause us any problems. And even so you can soon jump in a taxi for about 4 euros from anywhere in Los Cristianos back to the complex.
The pools and surrounding areas on the complex are well kept and have sunshine for about 9 hours during the day ( 24c to 30c every day while we were there in October).
We cant wait to go back and are already making enquiries for next October for our Silver Wedding Anniversary- possibly for a month.

Royal Palm is a tranquil quality complex renowned for its Analusian styled buildings and beautiful walkways and garden areas planted with tropical planting. The complex boast 2 pools (one heated) and a child pool. There are 2 excellent supermarkets, plenty of good quality restaurants, several bars and banks(ATM’s) - all approximately 2 to 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a laundrette on-site. Los Cristianos and harbour beach are a 10 to 15 minute walk away. From the harbour you can book all sorts of boat trips – fishing, trips around the island or to other islands. Our favourite is the trip to watch the whales and dolphins. Inland there is the volcanic Mount Tiede, Spain’s highest mountain. Loro Parque in the North of the island is well worth a visit and the magnificent Siam Water park is just a 10 minute ride away.
Other Activities: wide section of shops, bars and restaurants
Golf: Royal Palm is perfectly located for bars, restaurants and shops and only a short 10-15 min. taxi ride away from 2 golf courses (approx. 3 km away or 5 km away).
