I have lived in Tutbury most of my life and purchased and renovated this property in 2015 to 2017. It is a well known Landmark in the village with its classical Georgian front. I have invested alot of time and money to bring it back to its glory.
Emma purchased this Apartment in 2015
Why Emma chose Burton upon Trent
It's an impressive building and well equipped for holiday travellers or working guests. Great to have your own space and make your own plans to eat in or out and where to go in the area. There is plenty to do. Good to have the option of walking to a pub and not having to drive and a cash point to hand for convenience too.

One of better apartment which I see.
Very nice and quiet place. The apartment including everything what is needed in house. Easy access to anywhere, clean and nice house.
Hi Jerzy (and team)
Thank you for your review I am very pleased you decided to stay again here at Tutbury. It is a pleasure to have you stay and that you enjoy the apartment.
Excellent. I'd stay again without hesitation.
The property is located in the heart of Tutbury within easy walking distance of amenities (naturally, as it's on the actual high street) including Tutbury Mill Park (great for the children) the castle, delightful tea rooms, a small micro-pub (The Cask and Pottle) and, a beautiful courtyard with boutique shops and a restaurant (to mention a few). I was pleasantly surprised to both find free parking close to the property and, meet Emma (the owner) upon arrival. Emma was cheerful, friendly and helpful.
The property itself is an apartment on the ground floor of a listed building which oozes character, particularly the staircase and atrium, which were a joy to behold. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated and furnished, was spotlessly clean and, was ample for our needs (my wife and I and, our 3 children who are 5, 3 and 1). Finally, the back bedroom is actually more spacious than the pictures would leave one to believe -- they don't do it justice (in fact, none of them do, as good as they are). Would I stay again? Absolutely, without hesitation.
Thank you James for your informative review of the property, it was great to meet you and your family and glad you enjoyed your stay.
Alton Towers is about half an hour away and the National Memorial Arboretum near Alrewas about 25 minutes, well worth a visit. Ashbourne approx half hour gateway to the Peak District. Plenty of National Trust places within half an hour. Carsington Water 45 minutes.
