This is a new development with all the perks of a modern contemporary living. The large lift takes you to the double height lounge with a fully kitted out kitchen which can be separated with contemporary glass doors - the lounge has 2 double Sofa beds and a separate Guest Toilet. Take beautiful wooden the stairs to the bedrooms. Both rooms enjoy a large en suite bathrooms with separate bath and shower. Both enjoy a welcome terrace with peaceful views over the courtyard. There is also a single foldaway bed. So it can sleep 9. Each room has its own air-conditioning setting.
This penthouse was simply amazing!!! The location was superb and central. It's a very quiet area with beautiful galleries surrounding you and then within 8 minutes of walking you are at Leicester Square or Trafalgar Square and in the heart of it all. You can walk to Buckingham Palace and so many other great places. The apartment is actually nicer than the photos...unbelievable!! It was stocked nicely with necessities and the cleaning service was great. Oh...and it was lovely to have AC and an elevator.
It was a pleasure dealing with Solly. He is professional, charming, candid and fair. I was a bit hesitant since I've always stayed in hotels but he was so reassuring that we went with him and this property. We were pleasantly surprised and LOVED the apartment and doing business with Knightly Property. Solly was away so we dealt with Pina who was also very hands on, professional and accommodating.
Also, the company that Solly uses for transportation is "top notch". We also used them to go other places and they are more than fair and have impeccable vehicles.
All in all.....the 5 star rating is well deserved and we look forward to dealing with Knightly Properties again.
What a great experience we had with Knightly Apartments. Danni was so patient and helpful with all of our questions and concerns prior to our arrival. We were greeted upon arrival at Heathrow by our driver who despite our delayed flight was very pleasant. The apartment was absolutely lovely. The pictures on line were quite accurate. The apartment was spacious, very clean and in a wonderful location. We will book all of our future travel with Soli and his staff. An absolutely brilliant experience!
Our family of 4 recently visited London and enjoyed this property as our base. It is in an upscale area, is modern extremely clean and well maintained. The team at Knightly Property took care of the details and referred an excellent driver for transport to and from airport and train station. The elevator/lift was nice as I could not imagine carrying 5 suitcases up flights of stairs.
Main points that made this property great for us were:
1) easy walk to Buckingham Palace, SOHO, Parks and other central spots, 2) 2 full bathrooms each with separate tubs and showers, plus powder with 3rd toilet, 3) WIFI access provided, 4) secure building, and 5) couple restaurants and pubs within a 1/2 block at Crown Passage.
Our family recommends this property for an excellent London stay. We would recommend it to family and friends as well as staying here again on our next visit to London.
I've never seen a rental place quite this well kept. Neat as a pin and very well stocked. Well-cared for building and unit. Very safe neighbourhood. The property management company we dealt with was really professional. Beyond the "business aspects" I can't say enough about its location. This was an easy walk to tube stations (within 10 minute walk in either direction to Green Park or Picadilly), local supermarkets (Tesco) , many restaurants in Soho, and most spots in Central London (Buckingham, Westminster Abbey, the parks), including theatres. We felt comfortable walking around late at night. There was a Barclay's bicycle rental depot just a few hundred meters away across St. James's Square, allowing us easy access to short-term bike rentals for early morning bike rides. Also easy access to Green Park, St. James's Park and Hyde Park for morning runs. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed with teenagers (4 girls) and having the 3 bathrooms was just an added bonus. Lots of room for the 7 of us.
This apartment is very well situated , so close for everything , shopping , theater

My family and I stayed at 6 Castlemaine for five nights beginning on April 6th. We were met by Solly at the apartment and received a thorough walk through of the apartment, receiving pretty much all we needed to know. The apartment is very well located in the St. James area with close proximity to the Green Park tube station. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a very functional kitchen area. The only deficiency was the limited television channels which offer few viewing options in the evenings. We were there during the Masters golf tournament and it would have been nice to unwind and watch the tournament after a full day of sightseeing.
Kings Apartment is in the heart of St James's - located opposite the world famous Auction House Christie’s - minutes from the Ritz Hotel and the beautiful St James's Park - and the charming St James's Square Gardens - minutes from elegant Jermyn Street and the very English Fortnum and Masons Department Store. Piccadilly Circus Regent Street Soho and Covent Garden are all within 10 min walk away. Green Park and Piccadilly are the nearest tubes. Walking distance from most of London's best theatres and leading restaurants.
