Located on top of Marcolina , the Villa is has three floors each with stunning panoramic views of the sea, the town of Alcossebre and beyond to Benicassim.
This villa really is one of the very best in the area boasting not only the views but quality fixtures and fittings. It was built as our family home.
The villa will sleep up to 11 people in comfort. There are five bedrooms.
The master bedroom suite occupies the top floor and has a super king-sized bed, marble en-suite, dressing area and a stunning terrace which runs the entire width of the property with probably the best views in Alcossebre. A perfect location for drinks.
There are four further bedrooms.
On the middle floor there is a large triple bedded room with ensuite bathroom (perfect for children). This bedroom has a small terrace.
On the lower floor there are a further three twin/double bedrooms. One benefits from an en-suite shower room and terrace, while the other two share a family bathroom.
There are two large lounges, on the middle floor a more formal sitting/dining area and downstairs a more relaxed sitting area with UK freeview TV and DVD player..
The large kitchen is on the middle floor with an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Just outside the kitchen is a large dining terrace with fabulous views.
On the lower floor there is also a small kitchen/ laundry room with a fridge, washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Outside the property offers a barbecue area, barbecue terrace with large table, and a sun terrace.
The large heated pool is on a separate level.
There is central heating inside and the pool can also be heated (both at an extra cost based upon oil usage)
There is also Freeview SKY TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Leisure Activities: Alcossebre itself has a full range of water sports available. There is also plenty of beautiful countryside to explore for walkers and cyclists.
There is go-karting on the road towards Benicassim which also boasts the Aquarama Waterpark.
About 1 hour north is the Universal Studios theme park Portaventura which is the largest Theme Park in Spain.
Golfers can enjoy 2 courses within a 30 minute drive.
Places To Visit:
There are so many extraordinary places to see .
The market town of Alcala is closest and is a typical small Spanish town.
Peniscola with its famous castle and small cobbled streets with small shops is well worth a visit.
Further afield there is the beautiful town of Morella. or trip up the Ebro river with its stunning views.
A day trip to either Valencia or Barcelona is possible by train from Alcala. In Valencia it is well worth visiting L'Oceanagraphic a stunning aquarium.
