One bedroom ground floor apartment

A great choice for guests who want to enjoy the delightful Stockbridge, with its excellent shopping including interesting shops, bars and restaurants, and still be close the city centre.

The sitting room in this apartment is gorgeous, spacious and light with two huge windows looking out on to Carlton Street. It features seating and dining for four and is a room to spend time in! The relaxing colour theme and mix of antique and modern furniture work very well and a glistening chandelier tops adds glamour.

The traditional bathroom has a shower over the bath and is located off the hallway as are all the rooms in the apartment. The large, quiet bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the back of the property and neighbours pretty gardens. The bright modern kitchen is fully fitted, with all mod cons and has a breakfast bar for two.

This location gives guests the chance to visit the nearby Royal Botanic Gardens, and InverLeith Park. Stockbridge is a joy to explore and there are pleasant walks along the nearby Water of Leith. The main business districts of Edinburgh are within walking distance from the apartment. Regular bus services run close by to the City Centre and many other areas of Edinburgh.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. There may be a late check-in fee for check-ins after 7pm. There is a fully refundable damage deposit due one week before arrival and refunded one week after you depart.

To secure a booking, a 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payment due 45 days before arrival.
Should a booking require to be cancelled the following rules will apply -
Cancellation more than three weeks before arrival - 50% of the balance payment shall be refunded
Cancellation less then three weeks before arrival - No refund shall be given
Any refunds shall be provided by the The Edinburgh Address

- Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited
- The Edinburgh Address reserve the right to vet & cancel any unsuitable bookings
- There is a strict no smoking policy
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 or 10% of the rental balance(if booking is 2 weeks or longer) is payable to The Edinburgh Address via our Guest Area portal 7 days before arrival and shall be refunded 7 days after departure. Funds shall only be with held on the instruction of the owner or property manager due to damage being caused during the booking.
- Check ins are arranged directly with the owner or their property manager using the contact details in the Guest Area.
