Location, location, location. This home is central to many areas of the greater Knoxville, West Knoxville or Oak Ridge areas.
What makes this Townhome unique
Come and stay with us! Townhouse is completely furnished - all you have to do is walk in and unpack your suitcase(s) and you will be "home." Kitchen is fully furnished with matching dinnerware sets, pots and pans with all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare full meals at home. The appliances are modern and work magnificently. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, everything you need to be 'home' for the duration. Full size bathroom has a step in shower/tub combination. And then, there is the comfy king bedroom and the bunk bed bedroom with two full beds and two single beds. Townhouse is centrally located on highway TN 62. Close by is highway TN 162 which is a freeway to the west side of Knoxville, where your will find upscale shopping, restaurants and a Publix super market just off the freeway. And finally, if you drive North West to the town of Oak Ridge which is about 10+ minutes away, it too is overflowing with good restaurants and shopping. All-inclusive price that includes digital TV and strong signal WIFI. The digital channels are plentiful with ball games, movies and most likely any of your favorite TV programing. We will work to promptly answer emails and phone calls during business hours 9 am to 5pm M-F to the best of our ability. And, we will follow up with you when necessary to assure that you have gotten satisfactory information.

The house had a strong odor of mold or mildew and got my niece really sick.
Fit the Need
I needed somewhere for my daughter to stay for 2 weeks to finish up an internship. This location was close to her work so it fit the need.

This is the first time ive stayed somewhere other than a hotel so i was a little nervous, but i had an amazing experience! this place was very clean and easily accessible. It was great because my Kids were able to be kids without being a problem for others around us. There was everything we needed for our stay. i would highly recommend this place!

Needs a more thorough cleaning
The unit is ok, the location is good. Our complaint is the home has a very musty smell and the window a/c unit in the master bedroom is covered with black mold inside the vent area a long with the blinds above it between the slates. The tub shower needs to be re caulked it’s moldy in areas as well. And the only other issue was the frig, the water in the door leaks it will fill up the tray and spill on floor overnight. So you need to put a wash cloth there for overnight. We had reservations for two weeks, but left after four days. Which if my husband had his way we would’ve never stayed there at all. So we stayed away all day and would only return in late evening to sleep and leave early in the morning to spend as little time there as possible, it really bothered my husband. I smelt it as well but not like my husband since I have allergies and I don’t pick up scents as well as he does.
I am ALWAYS disappointed when a guest experiences a less than 5 Star stay.
And I have thoroughly addressed each item this guest mentioned in her review.
I had a licensed AC/HVAC professional service and clean both the window AC unit and the household unit as a preventive maintenance measure for the home as a regular cleaning of this equipment is just a good practice. The units had dirt on the coils and filter, but it was not black mold. Also, I have cleaned and re-caulked the shower to remove any old stains. But again, the stains in the caulking were not black mold. But either way, the tub has a fresh new crisp clean white caulked seal.
The refrigerator had ice stuck in the door dispenser that was melting onto the floor. I have cleared the ice dispenser and the melting ice puddle in front of the frig has stopped.
Regarding this guests early departure, the guest didn't mention that part of the group that was to join them in my home changed their plans, and decided not to join her and her husband at my home here in Knoxville. I am not certain how much this played a part in their decision to not stay for the entirety of the reservation too? But, this guest told me that they were meeting part of her group in Nashville and that they were suppose to pick them up and bring them here to Knoxville to join them in my home. Somehow those guests didn't come to Knoxville. I believe this played a part in this guest cutting their vacation short and their early departure from my home/the area too.
We really enjoyed this rental in Knoxville, location is close to oakridge which we spent a part of our time visiting.
We are ALWAYs glad when a guest has experienced a 5 Star stay in our home.

Need better housekeepers Cute house. Community pool is about 3 miles away served our purpose. Girl team came in 11 th in the country. So proud of them
