Renoveted Farmhouse. SPA room with an electric Sauna and shower /Hamman and a PLAY room with a bar, an Official Competition dartboard , table football and a bridge/Poker table all is a vaulted stone place.
Cosy living with Fire place, big sofas and a POOL BILLARD. Downstairs: The kitchen and dining room is one large open space, equipped with all modern amenities, the living room is a vaulted area, it has a fireplace and a pool billard, 2 larges sofas with a flat screen TV. In the back there are the play room with table football, bridge table, darts, bar...and the utilities room with wash and dryer machine. The Bike Room, where you can store many bicycles, is an equipped area for carrying out small repairs, cleaning and maintenance. Upstairs: This level has 5 bedrooms and a get together room with a large tv, sofa , each bedroom has 2 single beds. Two beds are: 2.10m beds, the others 2m and 1.9m. First bathroom with a shower and a toilet .The master bedroom is very classic, with en-suite walk-in dressing and bathroom (a modern bath-tub and a separate oversized tropical rain type shower).Extras:Wifi, 2 large flat screen tv , dvd player, 2 modern music installation, barbecue, Fire/smoke-alarm in all bedrooms.Car parking inside the property, electric security gate.
Situated in Rochetaillée, part of Bourg d’Oisans, you are 7 km from the base of the climb to Alpe d’Huez. Other climbs in the area are Glandon / Croix de Fer, Lautaret / Galibier, Les Deux Alpes, Ornon and there are many smaller and very scenic roads in the area. Right at the back of the house you have access to a mountain bike path.

Free Ski Shuttles: There are two free shuttle buses dropping you off at the slopes:
- Between Allemont-Rochetaillé and Oz-en-Oisans.
- Between Allemont-Rochetaillée and Vaujany.
Alternatively, by car:
- 14 km drive to Alpe d'Huez
- 9 km flat drive to the cable car to Les Deux Alpes
- 12 km drive to the Col d'Ornon, a small resort, ideal for families.
Setting: The nearest village is Allemond at 2 km. There are some restaurants here, bakery, grocery store. Nearest big supermarket is in Bourg d’Oisans (7 km). Here are several other restaurants, bars,cinema, as well as lots of organised entertainment (concerts, parades, games) at night.
Around the house is a lot of ground allowing for barbecue, petanque. There is a nice view at the mountains at the back side of the house, as well as on the front including a view at Alpe d’Huez.

This farm is in our family since a long time, the last person who lived there permanentely was my over grandmother, her name was Josephine. The only date I got for this farm is writing on the old fire steal: Anno 1666...

Excellent position, comfortable environment
We were a party of 11 staying in the area for a couple of days on a cycle challenge. We found the house comfortable and well equipped, just what we needed after a hard days ride. As a base for cycling up Col du Glandon or Alpe d'Huez it was perfect, and just a short journey from Col du Galibier. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other people wanting to tour the area.
La maison du bonheur !
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille pendant la semaine de Noël (grands-parents, enfants, petits-enfants, soit 12 personnes de 18 à 78 ans) dans cette ancienne ferme rénovée avec beaucoup d'intelligence et de goût. La maison est très spacieuse et offre tout le confort souhaité pour partager de beaux moments ensemble. La belle cuisine et sa grande table, le coin salon cheminée avec son beau billard américain, la salle de jeux, le sauna et le hammam sont venus agrémentés nos veillées d'hiver. La maison est proche de l'accès aux 2 grandes stations de l'Isère (Alpe d'Huez et les 2 Alpes) et les grands ont pu profité de journées de ski très appréciées. Un grand merci à Chrystelle pour la qualité de son accueil et toutes ses attentions ... même le sapin de Noël était là à notre arrivée ! C'est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Great House to stay at!
We have stayed in this beautiful chalet for a week during Christmas 2013. The house is very cozy, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is an open kitchen and very well equipped. We stayed with 2 families with 5 children and a grandmother, and we had plenty of space. The house is very well located. There is a ski rental shop very close by and also the ski slopes are only a short drive. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a great stay.
Semaine de rêve en famille
Nous avons passé une extraordinaire semaine dans cette magnifique demeure, très fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. Nous étions 11 de 5 ans à 73 ans. Nous sommes allés tous les jours skier à l'alpes d'Huez, la route se fait très bien. Et le soir parties endiablées de baby foot et billard. La cheminée est très agréable. Bref un séjour inoubliable que je recommande.

We waren er met 12 mannen om de Marmotte te fietsen op eigen gelegenheid. Het huis ligt centraal bij alle cols in de buurt. Het huis is schoon, goede bedden, voldoende badkamers en toiletten om voor grote groepen. Aanrader , volgende keer als we weer gaan fietsen in de alpen , gaan we hier weer naar toe !

Please read this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement thoroughly. Any monies received by Chrystelle Bruinsma/ Wilhelmina for occupancy of vacation property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This rental agreement is entered into by and between the renter, referred to as "Guest", and Chrystelle Bruinsma, as the owner. At the minimum, a 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm a property and is considered non-refundable. Reservations may be modified: Depending on the circonstancies the deposit may be transferred to an alternate property until the final payment is taken. For changing your booking (administration fee of 50.00 euros), please notify us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate changes and do a new booking. If we are unable to accommodate the change and you cancel your booking then cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation charges: The remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. All final payments are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Notice of cancellation is subject to an administration fee of 50.00 euros. Charges for the cancellation of your booking are as follows: - notification received between the date of the booking and 90 days before the arrival: the deposit is due; - notification received between 90 days and 60 days before the arrival: 60% of the holiday cost is due: - notification received between 60 days and the arrival: 100% of the holiday cost is due.
