Front line apt with pool, A/C and sea views

This recently renovated apartment is front line to the beach in the Port of Alcudia. The apartment is on the first floor accessible via the lift or stairs. The apartment overlooks the two communal swimming pools and the beach front. Accommodating a good sized terrace with table and chairs available - Alfresco dining looking out at the Mediterranean!!

The main door entrance leads to the living room, dining room area with plenty of seating for 4 people. There is a TV and satellite for those fill in the gaps moments the lounge has patio doors leading to the terrace area all with sea views. Off from the lounge area is a good sized double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with views over the sea and pool area there is also a door to access the terrace. There is a good sized twin bedroom again with fitted wardrobes.

A separate toilet room and sink then the bathroom with bath and over head shower with sink. The kitchen area has all electric appliances available including a washing machine.

Distances: This apartment is in the heart of the port of Alcudia a car is optional as you have everything you need on your doorstep. There is a bus stop to the left of the apartment linking you to the old town of Alcudia, Port of Pollensa and also Pollensa a bus can also be caught to Palma from here. Over the other side of the road there is a bus stop taking you to Playa de Muro, Sa Albuferra, Can Picafort, Son Baulo area. There is also a taxi rank, horse drawn carriages nearby.

The apartment is within easy walking distance to Old Town Alcudia with it's wonderful market on a Tuesday and Sunday. The water park is also within easy walking distance from the apartment this is ideal for all ages.

Activities: Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads. Alcudia also hosts the Iron Man event that is held every year. This is right by the apartment and is ideally situated for those taking part or expectation.

Alcanada Alcudia is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is approx 5min drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollensa Golf Club is approx a 15 min drive away.Nearby there is a gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis, paddle courts, all within a short walk away, also shows/discos. Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, jet skis, water skiing, lots more on offer.

Walking/Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in Autumn and Spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling? Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics? The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

Do not forget the Iron Man event that takes place every year this is right outside the apartment, great location for all of the all year round cycling that takes place on the island.

we had a lovely stay in this lovely newly renovated apartment. views are great looking over the pool, sea. lots of sunbeds by the pool. Apartment is well equipped. Didnt hire a car no need to unless you want to go sightseeing but there is a very good us service or trips available. owner very helpful

The property description says it at. I recently stayed at this property to participate in a triathlon. The location was perfect. The property was exactly as described and I have the above picture on my phone. The view from the balcony is fantastic and I enjoyed eating breakfast there every morning. This property is located on the beach and has an abundance of restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. It is also very close to grocery stores. If you choose to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very clean and well looked after. The bedrooms were a good size and had ample closet space. I was travelling with a friend and there was plenty of room in the apartment. This apartment would also be great for a family vacation for 4 with children. I hope to return to Mallorca for a family vacation and would definitely stay at this property again! The communication with Debra was excellent and she was there to meet me upon arrival. This was my first time using VRBO and I couldn't have had a better experience.

Beach front apartment

A great location with an updated interior, this apartment was ideal for a family holiday. Lots to do but not in a noisy location. Would stay here again. The only thing missing was WiFi for the teenage kids.

Lovely Apartment Bahia

Just back from a fantastic week staying at Apartment Bahia in Alcudia. The apartment itself is in a great location, overlooking the pool and beach, and within easy walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants, several supermarkets and the marina. It was clean and well maintained, with good air conditioning and a nice balcony. The only slightly negative thing is that the kitchen is very small, although that was probably more of an issue for us as, because one of my daughters has food allergies, we mainly cooked rather than eating out. However, that really is a minor point, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the apartment and the excellent service provided by Debra and Matilda. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Accurate description, great location. We had a very enjoyable stay in this renovated, well equipped appartment with swimming pool/sea/marina view from the balcony. Beautiful beach just in front of the building.Very nice and helpful owner. We would definitely recommend it!

Location. Not only is the apartment on the beach front line but it has wonderful views of the marina together with the benefit of two communal swimming pools. The apartment is 100 m from the Port of Alcudia with all its attractions and full range of amenities. Alcudia bay is the largest sandiest bay on the island with all water sports available. The car free promenade just outside the apartment that takes you to the port area or you can walk right around the coast line through playa de Muro leading on to Can Picafort. A car is not necessary as there are a constant flow of buses, taxis and horse carriages all waiting to take you anywhere on the island, however there are some wonderful places easily accessible on foot, especially the beautiful, walled, old town of Alcudia with it's twice weekly market - not to be missed.

Alcudia is ideal for all ages whether its a relaxing holiday you are looking for an activity holiday. Near to Alcudias very own water park.

Golf: There is a golf course in Alcanada (Alcudia). Pollensa and also further round the bay towards Arta.

Lots of courses available.

Ski: Jet ski.
