The house is surrounded by a garden of over 1000 m2 with swimming pool, pergola, barbecue and basketball hoop. The apartment on the ground floor has been recently renovated and furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one twin and one with bunk beds. Bright and spacious living room with sofa double bed, flat screen HD 40 'multimedia hard drive and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave and everything needed for cooking. Washer and dryer. A bathroom with tub. Porch and pergola furnished with garden views.

There is the possibility to park your car in the front yard where there are two large Magnolios that give name to the property.

10x5 m swimming pool with sun loungers is surrounded by grass and is situated next to a pergola covered with a sofa and a dining table.

Communications: The villa is strategically located a few meters from the entrance to the Alhambra and the ring. A stop for the bus line that covers the route Alhambra Central at the door. If desired, on foot, you can be in the city center a pleasant walk in just 20 minutes.

And drive through the tunnel of the Ronda Sur accessed Sierra Nevada, Motril and Granada ring.

Environment: From its great location you can reach both the beach (Costa Tropical) and the ski resort in about 35 minutes. The Aquaola water park is located about 3 kilometers. At 200 meters the Gold Ball municipal sports center with tennis courts, paddle tennis, football, basketball and indoor pool. On the same street, a few meters you can find bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, hairdressers, pharmacies, banks, etc.

Granada: In Granada, historic town, you can visit, among others, the Alhambra and the Generalife declared world heritage site, the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, the Alcaicería (old Jewish quarter) and the Albaicin. In the Albaicín, and its winding streets you will find many tapas bars and restaurants where you can dine watching the Alhambra. Granada caps are famous for being free to ask for drink, tapas bars can be found throughout the city, but are known Navas street areas, Alhamar and Chana.

lovely place

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house is in good condition and well equipped. It is very conveniently located with a bus stop just outside and only a twenty minutes walk into town. The pool is a good size and quite deep. Thank you Veronica and Fernando for your promptness in answering our queries and being available during our stay.

Granada itself is a lovely town lots of lovely shops and very clean and a good bus service

The property was lovely very nice garden area and pool are was very impressive with a nice barbecue and undercover area with shade when it gets too hot. Inside was nice and clean and plenty of room, kitchen was lovely but there was no cooker which we would have preferred but we made do with the hob and microwave oven. Internet worked really well which pleased the kids, lovely big TV.

Not much information about the surrounding areas or how to get there and it would be best to hire a car as we found it hard to communicate with the locals as our Spanish is almost non existent and couldn't really communicate with the shop keepers or bus drivers. The villa was great but didn't really like the street it was in the villa next door is very run down and about 4 neglected dogs running around and barking all hours of the night which was annoying however once you get into the town of Granada it is lovely.

Super séjour

Super séjour dans cette maison vraiment fraîche pour l'endroit, idéal pour les enfants. La maison était très propre et le personnel de maintenance très sympatique. Toute les fournitures sont conformes à l'annonce et cerise sur le gâteau le jardin est vraiment un havre de paix pourtant si proche de la ville. D'ailleurs la ville est accessible à quelques arrêts en bus, ce qui n'est pas négligable. Les soirées au salon autour de la grande piscine sont très agréable. Tout est très bien aménagé et la literie est de qualité. En bref, des conditions idéales pour passer un agréable séjour sans soucis. Nous reviendrons très certainement car Grenade a été un coup de coeur.

Apartment that has it all!

First off all very friendly service by all involved. Finding an apartment to rent with so much garden, pool and everything like this in walking distance from the city centre is almost uniqeu. The rooms are clean and everything needed for a good vacation is there and functioning well.

When visiting Granada again I would surely like to go to the apartment again.

Heerlijk huis, van alles voorzien

Het huis is netjes onderhouden. Heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. We hebben genoten van de grote tuin, heerlijk zwembad en de bbq!

Bushaltes voor de deur dus ideale ligging voor uitstapjes. We komen graag nog een keer terug, hopen dat het weer dan wel meewerkt !

Superbe endroit.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette villa. Son point fort c'est son emplacement proche de la ville à quelques arrets de bus du centre ville ou pour les plus courageux une bonne marche d'une petite demie heure. L'intérieur de la villa est un peu petit mais juste assez pour 6. La déco sobre et correct avec un mobilier moderne mais un peu usé surtout le lit parental néanmoins propre et si je peux donner un conseil à la propriètaire changer le frigo please il ne refroidit pas bien surtout avec les grosses chaleurs d'été. Mais alors le top de cette villa ce sont les extérieurs absolument magnifiques. Le jardin est très bien équipé salon de jardin, table à manger, des jeux extérieurs table de ping-pong, panier de basket ce qui a ravi les enfants. La piscine est de bonne taille, indispensable avec la chaleur des mois d'été et très bien entretenue qui nous a offert de bons moments de détente. Dans la rue il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se ravitailler magasin, boulangerie, bars, restaurants etc... Sans oublier the monument à voir absolument l'Alhambra, de la maison nous y sommes allés à pieds sacrée marche et montée mais au final la récompense un monument magnifique. Les propriètaires sont très sympas je tenais à remercier Véronica pour sa disponibilité lors de nos échanges emails et d'avoir répondu à toutes nos interrogations. Ainsi qu'à son frère Adolfo qui nous bien accuilli ,,merci pour votre gentillesse. Mustapha et toute la famille.

Skiing in Sierra Nevada, the station with the most hours of sunshine in Europe, with levels between 2000 and 3300 meters will have 103 km of downhill skiing and Nordic skiing 5km.
