We are Julie and Bruce, we have lived in the City for many years and are proud of its vibrancy and diversity. We enjoy getting out and about walking and on our bikes, along the seafront or up on the downs. We are energetic and try to squeeze in as much as we can. Family is a large part of our lives and we love to spend time with them.

Halcyon is perfectly situated in a pleasant tree lined avenue, reputed to be one of the finest in Brighton, it is within easy reach of the city centre and all it has to offer, local public transport, mainline train station (London less than an hour). On street parking is free (a rarity). Brighton is a great place to visit at anytime of the year.

Immaculate and comfortable apartment.
My husband and I were delighted to find this lovely flat so close to our daughter’s home in Brighton. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and we were charmed by the many welcoming touches such as fresh flowers and cookies. The little patio is delightful, although the rainy weather prevented us from using it! We’ll certainly be back. Thank you Julie and Bruce.

Julie was a very helpful host giving us directions to local shops, pubs & which bus to catch in to town, which takes about 20mins. Property was ideal to share as a family for our son’s wedding. Perfect location for Preston Park area where most of the wedding venues were. Even managed to find a hairdresser within walking distance . Would definitely stay again.
Ideal base for Brighton.
Beautiful modern apartment on the outskirts of Brighton, tastefully decorated with good sized rooms. Lovely little decking area outside if you're lucky enough to have good weather!
Parking can be a little difficult, but once you've found a spot you can leave your car there. The bus service is great, plenty running with a wait of no longer than 10-15 minutes. The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
Nearest supermarket is a local Sainsbury's, 5 minute walk down the hill, a good hearty walk back up though!
Preston Park is a couple of minutes walk way, a lovely area with a walled and rock garden to wander through.
Overall, this is an excellent property, I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!
Beautifull flat with sunny garden
De flat is mooi, schoon, licht en ruim. In een rustige buurt en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt! Wij vonden het wel een beetje ver van het centrum.

A cosmopolitan mix of award winning restaurants and bars, theatres and historic buildings, Brighton is one of the most vibrant, colourful and creative cities in all of Europe.
Preston Park station is a 5 minute walk away with regular services into London that take under an hour. The South Downs and downland villages are within easy reach by car or you could take the bus.
Brighton is perfect for a break any time of the year.
