About Hilde Lannoy
My husband and I live 15 years in Bruges , and we are from West Flanders and Brabant . All this time we were engaged in the operation of small-scale accommodation. Our latest achievement is the creation of the B & B the Corenbloem in Bruges, now run by our son. We focus now on our two vacation homes: one is de Balsemboom. We did everything possible to make it a perfect place to stay in Bruges. The other is in France, in Provence, in Lorgues : https://www.vakantiehuis-frankrijk.nl/vakantiewoningen.php?vakantiehuis=7765

Lovely house for a large family
The location was super and both the house and the garden were very nice and especially the orangerie perfect for our family of seven adults. Everything was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We highly recommend the place.
Charming Property, Great Location
Loved our stay here. The house was large and charming, easily accommodating the 5 of us. It was a lovely walk to the main square when we wanted to explore Brugge, and easy to hang out at the sunny, well-appointed house. The hosts were very responsive as well. It was a great experience.
Always outstanding. I love this home more and more with every stay.
This home is an absolute gem. We have stayed a few times and every time we enjoy it more and more. Beautifully decorated throughout and well equipped for families and groups of friends, you’ll find it hard to find a better place to stay. We will definitely be back again.
A hidden gem near to the centre of Brugges. We loved it.
This is a beautiful 3 storey house filled with charm. Beautiful garden and orangerie. A short walk from Brugges city centre. The house has everything you could wish for. It has every comfort and is warm. We enjoyed every minute there. I strongly recommend this property.
Beautiful cosy very well appointed house
Fabulous house, quiet location, gorgeous bedding and loads of crockery and glassware for entertaining. Stairs are very steep and shallow steps - in line with the age of the house - compensated by a beautiful bedroom downstairs. Lovely fireplace and sauna although we didn’t use either. This is a great property for a large group with plenty indoor and outdoor entertaining facilities. Highly recommend it.
Perfect for a group needing a large property.
The property was very well equiped. It was perfect for walking into the centre. My elderly Mother managed it, just had to walk slow. We love Belgium and it is especially lovely at Christmas.
Bruges is a wonderful place to stay: a beautiful city , historical buildings, beautiful streets and squares , friendly people, cozy cafes and restaurants , quiet, safe and attractive. It is also an ideal base to explore the famous cities to visit in Belgium such as Brussels, Antwerp , Mechelen and Gent , the coast and the Ypres Salient , by train or by car .
