Welcome to our 7 separate, quiet and sunny Suites (Suite SAGRES and MARÉ being under separate # 1057339), all with same configuration and equally good, up to 4 people each, all day sun through 2 terraces, sunbeds on the terrace and by the pool, magnificent views on the Estuary, free & unlimited high-speed WIFI, 2 Sat.TV's, IPTV Box with all GB channels in HD, maid service.

6 suites are 1 bedroom, suite MARÉ is 2 bedroom. OWNER LIVES ON THE SITE for your convenience.

An unforgettable stay... Unique views from 1st floor (1 floor higher than ground) & top floor of the small & exclusive 'Solrio' condominium, with direct elevator linked to underground private parking. Brand new, modern design, top finishings (f. ex. Daikin latest Air Co / top range windows). Each suite has: 1 bedroom with terrace en suite, 1 big living with sofa bed and terrace en suite, 1 dining area, 1 open fully fitted kitchen with outside grill area: So you have 2 big terraces: 1 for morning sun, 1 for afternoon sun & magnificent views over Alvor's estuary and sunset + 1 roof terrace for the 'sundeck suites'.

You have life of the village on one side and the calm of the countryside together with the relaxing pool area and the sunset view on the other: just perfect ! New wooden bridges along the beach coast allow for scenic bike & walking tours, just 10 min. away. Professional massage in your suite possible by appointment. Airport transfer available. Modern fitness center around the corner with low daily prices.

DIRECTIONS: Directions are easy: from highway A22 or N-125: exit Alvor. Go straight in direction Alvor passing first thru 2 roundabouts. After passing the small airport (on your right), keep left in the junction. Road will go up, down and up again. After the camping and “Pingo Doce” (on your left), turn right in the next roundabout in the dead end road and stop by the entrance of the underground parking garage. Solrio is the big white modern building by the roundabout.

Modern apartment in central Alvor

We could not fault this apartment which is located within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and a 10 minute to the beach in Alvor. The apartment is within a small complex which has it's own garden area and swimming pool and is extremely clean and modern and includes washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning and TV / DVD player. The owner (Daniel) takes pride in his property and it shows. If you are looking for an apartment in a central location in Alvor look no further!! Highly recommended.

Spectacular Solrio

Having stayed in Daniel's Solrio apartments and penthouses 8 times in the last three years we can only emphasise how amazing our trips have been. From start to finish our holidays have been brilliant. Daniel provided a top class service, always available to contact and even left us gorgeous handmade sweets at our apartment. we consider Daniel a good friend and Alvor our second home and having already booked our 2017 trips we look forward to booking in for 2018.

Very Impressive

This is a spotless and well maintained property, with the highest standard of decor and furnishings.Daniel a very professional and friendly host with a very nice personal touch. Upon arrival we were met by Daniel and given a complete walk through of the apartment explaining every detail. There were a number of extra touches that Daniel provides which enhanced our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone and will be back again ourselves soon.

FANTASTIC MODERN APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION

Daniel is very professional and certainly knows how to manage his properties. He is contactable anytime with any questions you may have. Upon arrival we were met by Daniel at the garage entrance where he showed us to our own private parking space. We walked from the underground private car park straight to the lift (ultra modern), which takes you to your apartment, we stayed in Liberade. The apartment definitely has the wow factor. From the moment you walk in you realise just how big, light and airy the whole apartment is. There's a balcony at the front for breakfast which gets sun first thing, on the roof there is a terrace for all day sunbathing and on the back another lovely balcony for late afternoon early evening drinks in the sun, it has everything for a sunshine holiday! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday, it also has a large fridge and freezer. Also a plus is the fact you were given washing up liquid, cloths, dishwashing tablets, washing powder and soap, all the little extra bits that show everything has been thought of. The beds were soft which in our experience for Portugal is definitely a rarity! There is plenty of wardrobe/storage space and they even have soft closing doors! There is carpet over the tiles in the bedroom to ensure that cosy feeling when stepping out of bed! All over the apartment every window has a black out blind/shutters which you will need to use as the sun streams in from first thing to last thing. All furniture is looked after and makes the apartment look new and everywhere is spotless. The whole complex has great security with automatic doors and gates.

To walk to the start of the main town/ shops/ restaurants etc. it is no more than 2 mins, and you can walk through the town to the beach and the estuary which would take you 10 mins or so, I have to say the apartment it is in the most perfect location. The big Pingo Dolce supermarket it just across the road and would take you all of 4-5 mins to walk there, there is plenty of parking as well if you want to take the car. Daniel has thought of everything for the property and I racked my brains trying to think what could be missing or what would be an advantage to add to the place and I really struggled to think of anything, the only one thing which I would of used had they been available was beach towels. I would totally recommend any of Daniel’s properties, can't wait to return, thanks and well done Daniel!

Alvor has a very special atmosphere you will not forget. Grocery store is just opposite the street. A car therefore is not necessary, but an underground parking garage ensures your car is safe if you need one. The building is brand new, with stunning modern design, tasteful and of top specs and so is the interior of this 1 bedroom, 1 living with sofa bed , 1 dining area, 1 open fully fitted kitchen with outside grill area apartment. 2 big terraces: 1 at sunrise, 1 at sunset with magnificent views over Alvor's estuary. You have life of the village on one side and the calm of the countryside together with the relaxing pool area on the other: just perfect !
