In Upstairs: double bed dormitory and front terrace with sea views, bedroom with twin beds and small back terrace, bathroom, hall-stairs. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. HVAC through.

Porch terrace with some plants lose, entrance area and communal parking outside. Shared garden and pool access.

Decent linked villa.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Roomy villa with air con. Lovely beaches, restaurants and bars. Near to places of interest too.

Some suggestions for improvement. Let people know that it is quite a trek to the nearest beaches across a railway line. The pictures don't show that new properties are being built directly opposite and currently there is a lot of early morning noise from this. There is noisy dog next door that constantly gruffs! In the villa we had coffee maker but no kettle or toaster. We had an ironing board but no iron. There are no sheets or pillow cases or towels included so you have to pay extra for these or take your own. The villa is not cleaned until the end of your stay but there is a cleaning cost included in the bill so you have to clean it yourself as you go along. The villa can get hot so the air con is a God send but there is only a small amount of electric included in the rent so if you use the air con you are likely to go over this limit at an extra cost. We did and we didn't use it every day or for long periods of time.

We had a great holiday overall but I feel that the inclusion of an agency through Owner's Direct has given us a different experience than previous times we have rented direct from an owner. A few more personal details could make this worth the price.
